に移動させて、光センサ２によりＩＣ収納ケース１上の
捺印文字３を読み取り、捺印文字３の有無によりＩＣ収
納ケース１の表裏を検出する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ＩＣ収納ケースの外観
を検査する装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、この種のＩＣ収納ケース外観検査
装置は図２に示すように、ＩＣ収納ケース１の捺印文字
３の真上にくるように１つ又は複数の光センサ２が支柱
４に固定されており、捺印文字３の有無を定位置の光セ
ンサ２にて検出することにより、ＩＣ収納ケース１の表
裏を判別するようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述した従来のＩＣ収
納ケース外観検査装置は光センサ２が特定位置に固定さ
れているので、不連続点でしか検出できないため、捺印
文字３の位置がずれていたり、ＩＣ収納ケース１の固定
位置がずれたりすると、光センサ２により捺印文字３を
検出できない、すなわちＩＣ収納ケース１の表裏を判別
できないということになる。
【０００４】検出確度を上げようとして、光センサ２を
多数使用しても、不連続点による検出であるため、検出
漏れはまぬがれず、光センサの使用点数の増加により又
高価な装置になってしまうという欠点がある。
【０００５】本発明の目的は、ＩＣ収納ケースの表裏を
確実に検出できるＩＣ収納ケース外観検査装置を提供す
ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的を達成するた
め、本発明に係るＩＣ収納ケース外観検査装置は、光セ
ンサと、駆動装置とを有するＩＣ収納ケース外観検査装
置であって、光センサは、ＩＣ収納ケース上の捺印文字
を検出するものであり、駆動装置は、光センサをＩＣ収
納ケースに沿って移動させるものである。

【作用】上述した従来装置が不連続点検出方式であるの
に対し、本発明は光センサをＩＣ収納ケースに沿って移
動しながら連続的に検出することにより、ＩＣ収納ケー
スの表裏を確実に検出可能とする。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図により説明す
る。図１は、本発明の一実施例を示す斜視図である。
【０００９】図において、ＩＣ収納ケース１を載置する
基台Ｍ上に支柱９，９を、光センサ２によるＩＣ収納ケ
ース１の走査方向に沿って植設し、該支柱９，９の頂部
にローラ６，６をそれぞれ取付け、該ローラ６，６間に
ベルト８を懸け渡す。
【００１０】一方、光センサ２によるＩＣ収納ケース１
の走査方向に沿ってレール７を敷設し、該レール７に光
センサ２を摺動自在に支持させ、該光センサ２を前記ベ
ルト８に係止させる。また、前記ローラ６の一方をモー
タ５に直結する。
【００１１】実施例において、ローラ６の間に張られた
ベルト８に固定された光センサ２がレール７に支持され
ており、モータ５の回転によりレール７に沿って水平移
動する。レール７に平行に、かつ光センサ２の真下にＩ
Ｃ収納ケース１を固定し、モータ５を回転させると、光
センサ２はＩＣ収納ケース１の真上を水平移動し、ＩＣ
収納ケース１上に捺印文字３があるかないかを、ＩＣ収
納ケース１の端から端まで連続的に走査する。その捺印
文字３の有無によりＩＣ収納ケース１の表裏を検出す
る。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明は、連続点で
検出できるので、印字の位置がずれていたり、ＩＣ収納
ケースの固定位置がずれていたりしても確実にＩＣ収納
ケースの表裏を検出できるという効果がある。

    のであり、 駆動装置は、光センサをＩＣ収納ケースに沿って移動さ
    せるものであることを特徴とするＩＣ収納ケース外観検
    査装置。
