(Prior Art) In treating hepatitis B, AIDS, and other treatments, infections of doctors, nurses, cleaners, etc. occur via the injection needles used by patients, and in recent years it has become a social problem. Has become.
This is because bacteria or the like in the residual attachment liquid remaining on the tip of the injection needle touches a third party to infect the third party, and the treatment of such a used injection needle has been devised accordingly.

(Function) Even a coagulant that coagulates by contact with air, such as solvent vapor bond or paint or caulking agent, two-component coagulant, is housed in the bag and hermetically sealed to block contact with air. As a result, the non-coagulated state is maintained for a long time. Even if cement or other coagulant is separated with water and hermetically sealed, the non-coagulated state can be secured for a long period of time.

By inserting the used injection needle and the connecting portion from the insertion hole in the state of being grasped at the time of injection, the bag containing the coagulant and the bag containing water together with the bag containing the coagulant are inserted. That is, the bag is broken to be inserted into the coagulant and the air and the coagulant are brought into contact with each other, or the coagulant is brought into contact with water to coagulate the coagulant, and a part of the coagulant is injected into the injection needle. It penetrates into the tip of the and reacts with the residual drug to solidify and seal, preventing backflow of needle tip bacteria.

(Embodiment) A concrete embodiment of the present invention will be described. For example, a solvent vaporized bond or a paint or caulking agent or a two-component coagulant which is condensed by exposing the inside of the bag 3 made of a resin film to the outside air. The coagulant 4 which is housed and sealed is housed in a housing chamber 1 as shown in FIG.
The accommodating chambers 1 are formed by connecting a plurality of them in parallel, for example, in the size of a lunch box, as shown in the figure, and by doing so, it is convenient for handling and safety management. A plurality of elastic locking pieces 8 are provided on the storage chamber 1 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 so that the connecting portion 7 for connecting the injection needle 6 to the container 5 for storing the injection drug can be inserted. The lid portion 2 having the so-called inverted chrysanthemum washer-like detent structure, which is arranged as shown in FIG. The elastic locking piece 8 is formed by forming a notch 10 on the peripheral side of an insertion hole 9 formed in the lid 2 and bending it in the inward direction of the storage chamber 1. The injection needle 6 is inserted as shown in FIG. In this case, each elastic locking piece 8 can be bent further inward to insert the connecting portion 7 as well. However, by inserting the connecting portion 7 in this way and then pulling up the container 5 for injection solution, the connecting portion 7 can be pulled up. The connection with the injection needle 6 at 7 is explained as shown on the right side of FIG. 1 so that the injection needle 6 remains in the accommodation chamber 1. That is, the inserted injection needle 6 is first inserted into the bag body 3 containing the coagulant and the coagulant is taken into the needle head.
It is solidified by reacting with the residual drug solution in the needle 6 to prevent back flow of needle tip bacteria and sealing.

The above-mentioned one shown in FIG. 1 contains only the bag body 3 containing the quick-setting cement or the two-liquid coagulant 4, while FIG. Bags 3, 3
Another bag body 13 accommodating the liquid agent 14 is interposed between the two, and the other constitutional relations are first to third.
It is similar to that of the figure, and the mode when the injection needle 6 is inserted is similar to the case of FIGS. 1 to 3 described above, and is sequentially shown from the left side to the right side of FIG. That is, the inserted needle 6 is inserted into the coagulant-containing bag body 3 and then the liquid agent containing bag body 13 is inserted to allow the liquid to flow out, and the lower coagulant containing bag body 3 is also inserted. The liquid agent and the coagulant are caused to react with each other, the connecting portion 7 passes between the elastic locking pieces 8 and is separated from the injection liquid container 5 as shown in the right end portion, and the coagulants 4 and 4 are solidified in this state, The injection needle 6 is configured to be solidified in the accommodation chamber 1.

The operation of the device according to the present invention as described above is extremely simple, and in general, just after injection, it is sufficient to pierce the coagulant with the injection needle facing downward,
There is almost no complication and no special tools or power are required. Especially, since the moving distance and the elapsed time after injection are greatly shortened, there is a possibility that a third party may be touched from any aspect. All of them are eliminated, and secondary infection can be effectively prevented. In addition, a bactericide can be appropriately added to the liquid agent or the coagulant, and thereby the primary treatment generally performed in a doctor's office can be performed. Even after being treated as industrial waste, it is solidified like a concrete by the coagulant and is not exposed and does not come into contact with the human body in the treatment process.

As described above, according to the present invention, since a plurality of box-like boxes are connected in parallel in a disk shape as described above, small processing tools do not scatter and can be collected and managed in appropriate places or handled as cargo. It is very convenient even in. Further, in the case where it is difficult to distinguish a used one from a plurality of accommodating chambers 1 thus formed and a not used one, a resin film such as a resin film is attached to the surface of the lid,
The used part may be recognized by the damage caused by the insertion of the injection needle, or the used part may be identified by any other method.

"Effect of the device" When the present invention as described above is used, the used injection needle is directly inserted into the coagulant in the bag, and the connecting portion for the container for accommodating the injectable drug is inserted into the elastic locking piece part. It is possible to properly set and cure only the injection needle portion in the housing portion by a simple operation of just pulling out the needle and a short time after the operation, and thereby it is possible to appropriately prevent secondary infection. In addition, since it is set and hardened in the coagulant, it is stable during subsequent processing or disposal, and there is no possibility of contact with the human body.
Moreover, since cement or the like can be used as a coagulant, it is extremely low cost.Because more than one is connected in parallel, it is easy to handle and arrange, and the needle processing operation is performed stably and accurately. It is a device that has great effects in practical use.
