Conventionally, syringes etc. are made of glass and have been repeatedly sterilized by boiling and used, but repeated use is troublesome and requires a lot of trouble, and pathogenic bacteria are infected by these used instruments and become ill. And so on. With the recent development of synthetic resins, plastic syringes and other medical instruments have been developed and mass-produced, and these instruments are disposed of as they are without being disinfected and reused as described above. It became like this. However, there is a risk that these disposable wastes will become a source of infection with the above-mentioned pathogenic bacteria, etc., and from a hygiene standpoint, in hospitals, etc., these wastes should be stored in a safe container and stored daily or at regular intervals. Need to be incinerated. There are also wastes to be incinerated that combine a plastic injection cylinder that can be incinerated and incinerated like a syringe with an injection needle that remains in the incineration residue and has a high risk of injury. There were many problems.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems in the treatment of medical waste as described above, and the present invention is directed to the medical waste input port of the container for storing the medical waste. It does not open and close by being easily bent or bent under its own weight, but it has an elastic part that elastically deforms and opens and closes when pushed by applying an appropriate external force, so that medical waste can be easily pressed in from the input port. Even if the container is overturned, the medical waste that has been press-fitted is never blocked by the elastic portion and discharged to the outside of the container. In addition, since a small container for injection needles is installed side by side, the risk of secondary injury due to injection needles that cannot be incinerated can be eliminated.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings with reference to the drawings. The body (1) includes polypropylene, polyethylene and AB.
It has a vessel bottom (2) and a lid (3) made of S resin, AS resin, vinyl chloride resin and other hard synthetic resins.
When incinerating the stored waste together with the container, it is desirable to use synthetic resin that does not generate harmful gas. Bottom (2)
The side wall can be formed into a cylindrical shape or a rectangular tube shape that is vertical or inclined with respect to the bottom surface, and if it is formed as an inclined wall so that they can be fitted to each other, it is convenient for transporting and storing empty containers. The lid (3) does not easily separate from the container bottom even if the container rolls over in response to the open edge of the container bottom, and the contents of the lid (3) are fitted, screwed or otherwise known so as not to be discharged to the outside of the container. It is provided so as to be detachable by a mounting means (4). In the drawing, a fitting part (4a) formed by a downward side wall (3a) and a hanging piece (3b) projecting from the back surface of the lid part corresponding to the upper edge part (2a) of the side wall of the vessel bottom. The upper edge portion (2a) is elastically closely fitted to the upper edge portion (2a) so that the upper edge portion (2a) does not come off even when it rolls over.

(5) is an inlet for used medical waste such as a blood transfusion instrument syringe and other similar devices provided in approximately the center of the lid (3), and the inlet is fixed to the peripheral wall thereof. An elastic part (6) is provided, and the elastic part (6) is easily deformed and does not open due to the weight of a predetermined amount of used medical instruments for disposal, which is put into the container. When elastically deformed and opened, the discarded medical devices can be put in the container, and has the property of returning to the original state when external force is removed, for example, polypropylene, ABS resin or other strong It can be formed of elastic synthetic resin, rubber, synthetic rubber, or the like. Notches (7) can be provided in the elastic part to facilitate the input of waste. The cut (7) is provided with a circular or angular opening (8) of a required size at an appropriate portion inside the elastic portion, and the peripheral edge (8a) of the opening (8a) is inserted into the slot (5a).
One or more appropriate number can be provided once (3rd
Figure). Further, instead of the opening (8), the number of cuts (7) is four (radially) from one point (7a) in a proper number (FIG. 6), or one or more (1) to three (3) in a proper direction (first). (Fig. 7) can be provided. When the opening (8) is provided in the above, it is possible to easily put a relatively complicated and large waste such as a blood transfusion device into the container, depending on the size of the opening. . The shape of the cut (7) may be not only linear but also cut out to have an appropriate line width (FIG. 8). (9) is a cap for sealing the input port, which can be removably fitted or screwed to the wall (5a) of the input port for sealing. This cap (9) has, for example, a box bottom part (2) formed on the upper bottom, and is engaged with a back surface (2c) of the upper bottom by a fitting part (2b) formed corresponding to the inner diameter of the cap. Then, the charging port may be closed when necessary, such as when the inside of the container is full or left for a long time.

The container (10) formed as described above is provided so as to be able to remove the small container (11) which is formed in a similar manner adjacent to the above-mentioned inlet, and can be left in the medical device waste or incinerated as it is. Remove the remaining dangerous materials such as the remaining injection needles from the injection cylinder in advance, and sort them into the small container installed vertically.
Syringes, etc. should be stored in a large container together with other incinerable waste, and the large container containing the incinerable waste and the small container containing hazardous substances such as injection needles should be disposed of separately. By processing, the danger of various injuries can be eliminated. In the small container (11) that is juxtaposed with the large container (10), a transfusion device, a means for withdrawing an injection needle attached to a syringe, for example, a dangerous substance input port (5) such as an injection needle of the small container (5). ), Etc., can be removed and separated without touching the parts of the used equipment that may be infected by pathogenic bacteria such as injection needles. In the drawing (FIG. 9), the small container (11) is provided with a recess (12) which can be inserted corresponding to the outer peripheral shape of the small container at a portion adjacent to the input port (5) of the large container (10), It is shown that it can be inserted into and taken out of the lock. (13),
(14) are locking protrusions provided on the outer wall of the small container and the inner wall of the recessed portion, and one of the protrusions is tapered,
For example, small containers can be interlocked by rotating about 90 °.

The container of the present invention configured as described above is always provided in a treatment site such as a hospital or a medical practitioner, and the injection needle is removed into the small container by the extracting means to be separately stored and stored, and other syringes and blood transfusion instruments If you throw in other disposable medical waste and incinerate it together with the container or only the contents, it can be easily arranged and kept clean, and the risk of infection by pathogenic bacteria etc. can be eliminated, and the container is in use. If the container has an opening in which the container is opened, even if the container falls over, there is no discharge of the content waste, and the container can be kept clean at all times.
