Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 諸諸の工作部材を仲介して一体化する 【構成】 直方体の結合装置１とネジ切りして連継し
たパイプ３，４，５とで成る事を特徴とする。結合装置
１は各面にネジ穴２を複数個あけておき、両傍のパイプ
３，５にはネジ棒６を溶接等により一体化しておく。パ
イプを回転させてネジ棒６をネジ穴２へ６方から差込み
結合して、直線的、平面的、立体的な構造体をつくる。
そして 結合装置１の取付穴２に諸諸の工作部材 例え
ば壁材、フック等をネジ穴等によって取付ける

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野）この発明は製造業，建設業の製品
に関する （従来の技術）立体トラス構法として類似したものがみ
られるがパイプと結合装置とはボルトか溶接によって結
合されている 結合装置も直方体のものはない （この発明が解決しようとする課題）立体トラスは主に
大スバンを目的としており 工法も容易でない 本発明は小規模でも 又 平面的であっても容易に組立
てられ 床壁，天井等の下地材，金物，その他と多く結
合できることを課題とする （課題を解決しようとする手段）以下図に示す実施例に
より説明する 第１図に示すように 結合装置１を直方体とし各面に取
付用ネジ穴２を複数個設ける 継ぎのパイプを三分割し（３， ４， ５） パイプ
３，５の端部側面にネジ棒６を一体化しておく ４は
３，５の中継用である ３，４，５共ネジ切り（７，８，９，１０）しておく 第２図に示すように パイプを回転させて１，３，４，
５を継ぐ （作用効果）継手パイプの長さは伸縮できるので寸法調
整が可能である 結合装置 の取付面は平面なので諸諸の部材との接合が
容易である

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 結合装置とパイプによって構成する 結合装置は直方体の各面にいくつかのネジ穴を設ける パイプは三分割し 両傍のパイプは側面につけたネジ棒
    と一体化し結合装置のネジ穴へ差し込めるようにつくる
    両傍の間のパイプは中継ぎ用とし互いにネジ切
    りし回転して結合できるようにする そのようにしてパイプを結合装置の上下，左右，縦横に
    差し込み 直線的，平面的，立体的に組立てる構造部材
