<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, the gusset plate made of plywood is inevitably thick from the viewpoint of strength, and when mortar finishing is performed, the mortar is thinly applied on the gusset plate, and cracks occur on the surface. It was caused or the mortar was peeled off.

<Means for Solving Problems> The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and has a structure in which two abutted mortar base materials are joined by a gusset plate. That is, according to this invention, a band-shaped gusset plate covering the abutting portions of two mortar base materials is arranged along the abutting portions to join the two base materials together, and the gusset plate is short. A plurality of groove-shaped ribs in the width direction are integrally provided to form a corrugated shape that is uneven along the longitudinal direction, and the bottom surface of the rib is abutted in a state of being spanned between the two mortar base materials. The bottom surface is nailed to two mortar base materials with headed nails, and mortar locking pockets opening in the short width direction of the gusset plate are formed between adjacent ribs of the gusset plate and between the mortar base materials. The joint structure of the mortar base material is formed.

<Operation> By providing a plurality of ribs over the entire width of the strip-shaped gusset plate, the bonding strength is secured without increasing the thickness of the gusset plate itself, and between the adjacent ribs of the gusset plate and two base materials. Since a mortar locking pocket that opens in the short width direction of the gusset plate is formed in the space between and, a strong mortar locking action can be obtained when the mortar is applied to this portion and dried. .

Further, ribs 4 and 4 having long grooves in the widthwise direction are integrally formed on the gusset plate 3 at appropriate intervals, and these ribs 4 and 4 do not increase the thickness of the gusset plate 3 itself. The gusset plate 3 is bulged on the back surface. Further, each of the ribs 4, 4 is provided with two nail fastening holes 41, 41 arranged side by side in the short width direction.

Further, the joining structure of the present invention has a great mortar locking function by the mortar locking pocket between the ribs adjacent to each other of the gusset plate and the base material, and is particularly suitable for the method of finishing the outer wall mortar without using laths. Therefore, the construction cost can be significantly reduced.
