Conventionally, flooring materials are usually joined by joining adjacent floor surfaces using dowel joints, and nailing from the bottom left-over part (also called the male tongue part) to the base. However, such a joint has the disadvantage that the remaining part of the joint is easily damaged by nailing during construction. In particular, in the case of thin flooring materials, the strength of the remaining part is low, and if the construction is performed under the same conditions as for flooring with normal thickness, there is an extremely high risk of damage to the remaining part. In addition, after nailing, a difference in level is likely to occur at the joint of the joint after nailing due to the nail head being exposed at the bottom of the joint. For this reason, construction required skill and considerable care.

In view of these circumstances, the inventors made a thorough study to solve these shortcomings, and as a result, they created holes that pass through the overlapping upper and lower parts of the upper and lower ends, and started the connection from the upper part of the left part. If a device is adopted in which the metal fittings are made to protrude and the joining metal fittings are inserted into the through-hole of the lower shelving remaining portion and driven into the base, the metal fittings will not be damaged and the remaining shelving portion will not be damaged. This idea was completed based on the knowledge that it is easy to construct and can also prevent unevenness due to the exposed head of the joining metal fittings.

This idea consists of a hole that penetrates vertically in the lower left-handle part of the end of the flooring material that is joined by a matching joint, and a joint that is embedded and fixed in the upper left-handle part and protrudes from the bottom surface. The gist of the present invention is a flooring joining device, which comprises a metal fitting, and the joining metal fitting is fitted into a through hole of the lower shelving portion and driven into the base. This invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional perspective view of a main part of a joining part of a flooring joining apparatus according to this invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view of a joining fitting of the flooring joining apparatus according to this invention. In Figure 1, 1a and 1b are adjacent flooring materials, 2a
When joining adjacent flooring materials 1a and 1b, the leftover portion that becomes the upper part when the end portions of the flooring materials overlap,
Similarly, 2b is the remaining part that will be the bottom when they are overlapped. Reference numeral 3 denotes a hole provided in the remaining part 2a, and 4 a hole provided in the remaining part 2b, which penetrate vertically. The holes 3 and 4 are vertically bored so as to match when the remaining portions 2a and 2b are overlapped. A joining fitting 5 as shown in FIG. 2 is fitted into the holes 3 and 4. For example, a female screw can be bored in the inner peripheral surface of the hole 3. In this case, the head 6 of the joining fitting 5 is formed into a male screw that can be screwed into the female screw of the hole 3. Moreover, the reinforcing cylinder 7 can also be fitted into the hole 4 of the left-hand portion 2b which becomes the lower part when the two are overlapped. The material of this reinforcing cylinder 7 is metal, plastic, rubber, etc. By using the reinforcing cylindrical body 7, it is possible to effectively prevent cracks in the left-cut portion 2b, which are likely to occur when the joining metal fitting 5 is driven into the base.

Next, the construction procedure of this invention will be explained based on FIGS. 3 to 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the head 6 of the joining metal fitting 5 is fitted and fixed into the hole 3 provided in the upper left-handle portion 2a when the two are stacked one on top of the other. This is because it is easier to align the holes in this way than by inserting the joining fitting into the hole 4 of the left-handled portion 2b first, and also prevents the upper left-handled portion 2a from rising. , this upper part 2
This is also because it can be prevented by the retaining force of the joining metal fitting 5 embedded and fixed in a. In this case, if a female screw and a male screw are provided in the hole 3 and the head of the joining metal fitting 5 for screwing, as described above, the fitting fixation of the joining metal fitting 5 into the hole 4 becomes easy. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
Place it on top and position it. Next, the leg part 9 of the joining fitting 5 whose head 6 is fitted and fixed in the hole part 3 of the flooring material 1a as described above is inserted into the hole part 4 of the flooring material 1b, and then A batten is applied from the top of the left-over part 2a, and the legs of the joining fittings 5 are driven into the base 8 while being hammered from above, thereby completing the joining and fixing of the flooring materials 1a and 1b as shown in FIG.

In this invention, a through hole 4 is provided in the lower left-handle portion 2b, and a joining fitting 5 is fitted into the through-hole 4, so that damage to the lower left-handle portion 2b does not occur. Since the head of the joining metal fitting 5 is embedded in the upper side left-cut portion 2a, there is no difference in level due to the exposed head, and the skill and attention required in the conventional method are not required. The joining metal fitting 5 is attached to the upper side and the remaining portion 2
Since it is fixed to a, the joining fitting 5 is connected to the through hole 4.
It is easy to adapt to the requirements, simplifying construction, and saving labor and time. Furthermore, there is an effect that lifting of the upper left-handle portion 2a is prevented by the retaining force of the joining metal fitting 5 fixed to the upper left-handle portion 2a.

In addition, in conventional flooring construction, the flooring is temporarily attached to the base with adhesive and the tongues are fixed with nails, but if there is uneven adhesion, the flooring will warp and cause trampling. It can happen. In times like this,
It is preferable to employ a joining device as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8. That is, floor materials 10a, 10b as shown in FIG.

A joining tool 13 as shown in FIG. 7 is inserted into the. The connecting tool 13 has a semicircular protrusion at the upper center so that it can conform to the shape of the female grooves 12a, 12b, and semi-umbrella-shaped male grooves 14a, 14b are formed from this protrusion to both ends. has been done. However, it is not particularly limited to this shape, and other shapes can also be used. Note that it is preferable to make the joint tool thicker at the upper center as shown in FIG. 7, since this improves the overall strength. A leg portion 15 for driving and fixing is provided at the lower center of the joining tool 13.

Since this bonding device does not require the use of adhesive, warping due to uneven adhesion does not occur. For this reason, stomping is prevented. In addition, since there is no need to drive nails into the flooring material, there is no damage to the tongue portion, and no difference in level occurs due to exposed nail heads. Since the tongue-shaped flooring material has the same female grooves on all four sides, scraps can be used effectively. Furthermore, it allows for free allocation, which is advantageous in terms of design. The joint tool is
The upper center part is semicircular and thicker, which improves bending strength and prevents breakage during construction and use. In addition, flooring materials are usually fixed to the substrate after being joined in advance with a joining tool, but if the top center of the joining tool is semicircular, the flooring material may be damaged when it is driven into the foundation and fixed. do not have.
