BACKGROUND ART Formwork for concrete slabs (deck plates) used as so-called disposable formwork when placing floor slab concrete in concrete buildings, etc., have conventionally had various cross-sectional shapes.

When concrete is poured into the formwork for concrete deck slabs made of conventional square corrugated steel plates, the valleys of the square corrugated steel plates are filled with concrete, which increases the amount of concrete used, and therefore the construction of concrete buildings. There was a problem with the weight increasing.

In addition, since the top surface of the peak part of the square corrugated steel plate is flat,
When a worker walked on the top surface of the peak of the rectangular corrugated steel plate during preparatory work before pouring concrete, it was easy to slip, which was extremely dangerous and had poor workability.

基づき以下に説明する。
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional formwork for concrete deck slabs made of square corrugated steel plates, and its construction will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a steel plate 2 formed in a small waveform with a continuous cross section is placed on the upper surface of a steel plate 1 formed in a large waveform with a continuous cross section. The formwork 3 for the concrete floor slab was constructed by integrating the two parts perpendicularly to each other by, for example, spot welding.

The concrete slab formwork 3 having the above structure is a composite of the large corrugated steel plate 1 and the small corrugated steel plate 2, and the large corrugations and the small corrugations are perpendicular to each other, so a relatively thin material is used. It also has high bending strength and is therefore extremely suitable as a disposable formwork.

Moreover, since the valleys of the large corrugated steel plate 1 are not filled with concrete, the amount of concrete used can be reduced, which can contribute to reducing the weight of the concrete building.

また小波形鋼板2が大波形鋼板1の上面に一体

できる。
In addition, since the small corrugated steel plate 2 is integrated with the top surface of the large corrugated steel plate 1, there is no fear of slipping even if a worker walks on the top surface of the small corrugated steel plate 2 during preparatory work before concrete pouring. It can contribute to improving work efficiency.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the large corrugation of the steel plate 1 has a trapezoidal cross section, but the cross section may have a sine wave shape or other shapes, for example.

Further, the small corrugations of the steel plate 2 have a triangular cross section, but the cross section may have a sine wave shape or other shapes, for example.

Furthermore, both ends of the large corrugated steel plate 1 are formed into joint parts 1a and 1b, respectively, and the joint part 1a on one side has a relatively simple inverted L-shape, but the joint part on the other side has a relatively simple inverted L-shape. The joining part 1b has a U-shape with a concave groove 1c in the longitudinal direction approximately at the center of the mountain part surface, and the joining of the forms 3 to each other is as follows.
As shown in FIG. 3, one side of the seam 1a of the other formwork 3 is superimposed on the seam 1b of the other side of the formwork 3, and the hook-shaped side end of the seam 1a Insert the edge into the concave groove 1c of the joint portion 1b.

This groove 1c is used for adjusting the installation width of the formwork 3 when the formworks 3 are joined together as described above.
