[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a flat tile formwork tip installation method, and more specifically, when the finished flat tile wall surface after construction is viewed from the flat tile surface side, each flat tile is downward. This invention relates to a flat tile base material used to obtain a so-called armor-like flat tile wall surface that slopes outward as the surface of the flat tile goes toward the outside.

As shown in Figure 1, the applicant
Patent application filed in Japan for “Flat tile formwork advance construction method”
(hereinafter referred to as the prior application) proposed a method for obtaining a wall surface of a flat tile 1 with an armor-like texture, but the present invention has been further improved in order to eliminate the need for the timber 2 shown in the prior application. This is a flat tile base material used to obtain an armor-like flat tile wall surface, which was devised as a result of this research, and will be explained below based on examples.

Flat tile base material of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "base material A")
) is made of synthetic resin or rubber such as styrofoam or urethane, and as shown in Figures 2 and 3,
An inclined surface 5 on the plane 3 that is inclined toward the other side 4 with a length approximately corresponding to the width of the flat tile 1, and the inclined surface 5
Several steps 6 having a width W approximately corresponding to the thickness of the flat tiles 1 are provided at right angles to the flat tiles 1, and vertical joint forming portions 7 are further formed on the slope 5 according to the arrangement of the flat tiles 1. This is what I did. First, as a first example of the base material A, base material A1 will be explained based on FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. The vertical length of the inclined surface 5 of the base material A 1 is slightly smaller than the vertical width of the flat tiles 1 so that the flat tiles 1 slightly overlap each other at their upper and lower ends.
Further, the step part 6 is a part that supports the flat tile 1, and the width W thereof is slightly larger than the thickness of the flat tile 1 because the gap 8 between the upper and lower flat tiles 1 is filled with a filler 9. The angle θ between the slope 5 and the step 6 is perpendicular so that the surface of the flat tile 1 contacts the slope 5 and the lower surface of the flat tile 1 contacts the step 6. The vertical joint forming portions 7 are provided integrally with the inclined surface 5 at each width interval of the flat tile 1 on the inclined surface 5 of each step, and have a bird-like shape as a whole. Next , the construction method of the flat tile 1 using this base material A 1 will be explained based on FIG. After fixing material A 1 ,
The surface of the flat tile 1 is brought into contact with the inclined surface 5 and the lower surface of the flat tile 1 is brought into contact with the stepped portion 6, and the flat tile 1 is temporarily fixed to the base material A1 with the back surface exposed. This means for temporarily fixing the flat tile 1 as in the previous application.
The tips of nails 12, such as small-headed nails or headless nails (not shown), which pierce the cushion material 11 from the back side of the flat tile 1 near the left and right sides of the base material A1 reach the formwork 10. The flat tile 1 is temporarily fixed to the base material A 1 by nailing it down to the base material A 1 or by applying double-sided adhesive tape from the surface of the flat tile 1 to the inclined surface 5. Next, the gap 8 is filled with a filler 9 to prevent cement paste from leaking out, and concrete is placed on the back side of the flat tile 1. After the concrete hardens, the formwork 10, nails 12, and base material A1 are removed to obtain a flat tile wall surface with an armor-like appearance.

As other examples of the base material A of the present invention, base material A 2 shown in FIG. 5 and base material A 3 shown in FIG. 6 will be described. First, the base material A 2 has the same length as the length and width of the flat tile 1, and the width W as the thickness of the flat tile 1, and a filler material is placed between the upper and lower flat tiles 1 as described above. Interpose 9. Further, the base material A 3 in FIG. 6 has bar-shaped horizontal joint forming portions 13 formed in a row in the horizontal direction at the upper end of the inclined surface 5 of each step, and similar to the above, between the upper and lower flat tiles 1. A filler 9 is provided to prevent leakage of cement paste. By using the base material A3 , it is possible to obtain a flat tile wall surface with an armor-like appearance in which horizontal joints are visible in addition to vertical joints. The method for fixing the base materials A 2 and A 3 to the formwork and the method for temporarily fixing the flat tile 1 are the same as those for the base material A 1 described above. In addition, when comparing these base materials A 2 and A 3 with base material A 1 , the base material
A 1 is superior to base materials A 2 and A 3 in that it absorbs variations in the thickness of the flat tiles 1 due to the gap 8 between the upper and lower flat tiles 1 and the lifting of the flat tiles 1 during construction. It has advantages. Further, as in the present invention, the flat tiles used to obtain the armor-like flat tile wall surface are suitable for tiles with a size of about 90 x 230 mm or more.

As described above, by using the base material of the present invention, it is possible to temporarily fix several levels of flat tiles at once without having to hammer the wood into the formwork for each level of flat tiles as in the previous application. The improvement in efficiency is significant.
