(Prior Art) Conventionally, a plastic container or a bag made of a plastic film is mainly used for packaging foods that contain water or emit water vapor. However, if it adheres to foods again, that part may contain water, which may impair the quality. Therefore, a method of making a hole in the container and allowing water vapor to escape to the outside of the container has been adopted. A highly water-absorbent resin that absorbs 100 times to 1000 times the water content of solids has been developed, and the sheets sandwiching granular materials of these resins with water-permeable paper or nonwoven fabric absorb water. It has come to be used as an underlay for foods.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, a water-resistant plastic container,
Containers laminated with plastic film and bags made of plastic film have come to be used as packaging containers, but when packaging foods that emit steam such as steamed steamed buns, or rice just cooked, Water vapor condenses on the inner surface of the container to form water droplets, and when it adheres to foods again, that portion contains extra water and impairs the taste, so I make a hole so that the water vapor can escape.
It may be absorbed into a paper bag or a paperboard box used for its outer packaging, and may be torn or deformed, and the application of the superabsorbent resin comes to be considered. It has come to be used as a sheet of paper, but the super absorbent polymer may fall off from the cross section etc. and adhere to foods, and if it is washed with water and further processed for edible use, these super absorbents It is good that it can be removed even if the conductive resin adheres, but it is not preferable to adhere to buns and cooked rice that can be eaten immediately after taking it home as described above, and when food comes in direct contact with the sheet, the surface When the material absorbs water, the fibers of the surface material may peel off and adhere to the food during transportation. Therefore, it is the fact that it is not used for this kind of application at all, and steam such as hot steamed buns and cooked rice is released. Do When the product is packaged, the condensed water is not absorbed again, the food is not contaminated with a water absorbing agent, and the strength of the surface material does not change even after absorbing water, and the fibers of the surface material do not peel off. Moreover, there is a demand for the development of a packaging box in which the shape of the box does not collapse, and it is an object of the present invention to solve these problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made as a result of various investigations in order to solve such problems, and is a highly water-absorbent resin, for example, vinyl acrylate acrylate copolymer, sodium acrylate acrylate. A fine particle of synthetic resin polymer such as coalesced, which is held on the waterproof paper side of the thermoplastic resin film when the paper or paperboard is welded to the water resistant paper with a thermoplastic resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The problem is solved by making a food packaging box by using interleaving paper or laminated board. That is, a vinyl acrylate copolymer which is a highly water-absorbent resin is embedded in a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene when the thermoplastic resin is incompatible in a molten state and is not welded to the surface of the thermoplastic resin. The inventors have found that they are fixedly held in the state described above and do not fall off, and have completed the present invention. It should be noted that when superimposing the thermoplastic resin on the paper with an extruder, etc., the super absorbent resin may be sprinkled on the paper, laminated on top of it, and then pressure-bonded. After spreading on the paper, a thermoplastic film is layered and heat-pressed. It does not matter if the film and paper are fused together.

In addition, each is made of polyamide picrol hydrin as a water resistance enhancer, water-resistant paper made by mixing paper pulp for papermaking into papermaking, or synthetic pulp made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene is mixed into papermaking wood pulp for papermaking. When water-resistant paper was used, good results were obtained without fear of the fibers peeling off even when absorbing water.

(Function) In the packaging box having water absorbency according to the present invention, since the fine particles of the highly water-absorbent resin are retained by the thermoplastic resin while the thermoplastic resin film and the waterproof paper are welded, water vapor or water is not generated. Even if the water-absorbent paper adsorbs or passes through, and the water is condensed on the thermoplastic resin film surface, the superabsorbent resin absorbs the water, and there is no risk of water droplets being absorbed again in the packaged object, and Since the thermoplastic resin film blocks water vapor, it has the function of preventing the packaging material on the outside thereof from absorbing water, resulting in a decrease in strength and the collapse of the shape of the box. Further, the water-resistant paper on the surface in contact with food does not have the risk of peeling fibers even if it absorbs water.

Using the obtained laminated paperboard, a confectionery packaging box was boxed so that the waterproof paper was on the inside, and the steamed steamed bun was wrapped, and after about 1 hour, the hardness of the box did not change, Water droplets did not reattach to the bun, and the fibers were not peeled off even when the waterproof paper was wet with water.

Example 2 A non-bleached softwood kraft pulp was used as the main raw material, and the polyethylene-coated surface of the waterproof kraft paper in which 30 μm of polyethylene was laminated on one side of the kraft paper made with a basis weight of 75 g / m 2 was coated with an acrylic acid / vinyl alcohol copolymer. After spraying fine particles of super absorbent polymer, a paper of 50 g / m 2 in basis weight made of softwood bleached kraft pulp with 20% by weight of synthetic pulp made from polyethylene as raw material is thermocompressed to make waterproof kraft paper / high water absorption. A laminated paper consisting of a resin / synthetic pulp-blended paper was obtained. Mold a cardboard sheet using the obtained laminated paper,
The box was made so that the laminated paper would be the inner surface of the cardboard box.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is characterized in that the fine particles of the super absorbent polymer are
At the melting surface of the thermoplastic resin layer and the waterproof paper, since it is held so as to be pressed into the surface of the thermoplastic resin,
Even when the laminated paper is cut during box making, the fine particles of the super absorbent resin do not fall off from the cut surface, and the food packaging box made by using the pasted paper is packed with water vapor-generating food and the time has passed. However, since it can be kept in the same condition as when it was packaged, you can deliver or take fried chicken, pizza pie, etc. to your home in the fresh state.

Also, since the surface that comes in contact with food is formed of waterproof paper, you can package food that is wet with water, but even if the waterproof paper gets wet with water, it will not tear or fibers will fall off, and it will not adhere to food. Since there is a thermoplastic resin layer or a thermoplastic resin film between the water absorbent resin and the paper or paperboard to block water vapor, the paperboard or corrugated board of the food packaging box loses rigidity due to moisture absorption, and the box may be deformed. Even if they are stacked a little, there is no risk of the boxes being crushed.
