Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of water drops to foods even when the title sheet is used for packaging a water vapor-exhaling food and enable a shape at the time of packaging to be maintained by attaching a particulate highly water-absorptive resin during welding of a thermoplastic resin film and a water- absorptive or water-permeable paper or nonwoven fabric to each other. CONSTITUTION:Spherical particulates or a fine powder of a highly water- absorptive resin, e.g., a synthetic resin polymer such as a acrylic acid-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a sodium acrylate polymer is attached by a thermoplastic resin during welding of a thermoplastic resin film and a water-absorptive or water-permeable paper or nonwoven fabric to each other. Even when water vapor or water is adsorbed on or penetrates through the paper or nonwoven fabric to be condensed on the surface of the thermoplastic resin film, the highly water-absorptive resin absorbs the water to prevent drops of the water from being again absorbed into an object packaged. Since the thermoplastic resin film intercepts water vapor, the outer packaging material is prevented from being lowered in strength or deformed, through absorption of water.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, plastic containers or bags made of plastic film have been used to package foods that contain water or emit water vapor, but water and vapor can escape from the inside of these containers. If the water droplets form and re-adhere to the food, there is a risk that the droplets will absorb excess water and impair the quality of the food. Therefore, a method has been adopted in which holes are made in the container to allow the water vapor to escape outside the container. Highly absorbent resins that absorb 100 to 1,000 times more water than solid resins, such as acrylic resins, are now being used as underlays for food products.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, water-resistant plastic containers,
Containers laminated with plastic film and bags made of plastic film have come to be used as packaging containers, but they are also used to package foods that emit water vapor, such as steamed buns, and rice products that are best suited for cooking. Then, the water vapor condenses on the inner surface of the container and becomes water droplets, and if it adheres to the food again, that part will contain excess water and spoil the taste, so holes are made to allow the water vapor to escape, but the outer packaging It can be absorbed into paper bags and paperboard boxes used for food products, causing them to tear or become deformed. The application of the above-mentioned super water-absorbent resin is being considered, and it is being used as paper for food products from which water can run off. However, super absorbent resin sometimes falls off from cross sections and adheres to food, and if the product is washed with water and further processed for consumption, super absorbent resin may adhere to the food. However, as mentioned above, it is not preferable for it to adhere to steamed buns or cooked rice that can be eaten immediately after taking home, so Matsutomo is not currently used for this type of use. However, when packaging food that emits water vapor, such as freshly steamed steamed buns or rice, it condenses again and the water is not absorbed again, and water absorbing agents can contaminate the food. There is a need for the development of packaging paper and folding cartons that are susceptible to deformation without any change in strength, and it is an object of the present invention to solve these problems.

(Friendly Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was made as a result of various studies to solve the above problems. By fixing fine spheres or powder of a synthetic resin such as a polymer to a thermoplastic resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene and a water-absorbent or water-permeable paper or non-woven fabric with a thermoplastic resin while soaking them. This has been resolved. In other words, acrylic acid vinyl alcohol copolymer, which is a super absorbent resin, is not compatible with thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene when the thermoplastic resin is in a molten state, and is retained in a solid state in a buried state without welding. The present invention has been completed based on this discovery. When laminating high-temperature plastic resins such as paper and non-woven fabrics using an extruder, it is best to spray the super-absorbent resin onto the paper or non-woven fabric and then laminate on top of it. It is also possible to stack plastic films and heat-press them to weld the film and paper.

(Function) In the water-absorbing sheet according to the present invention, the fine particles of the super-absorbent resin are fixed by the thermoplastic resin between the thermoplastic resin film and the water-absorbing or water-permeable paper or nonwoven fabric, so that water vapor Or, even if water absorbs N or passes through paper or non-woven fabric and condenses on the surface of the heat-resistant resin film, the super absorbent resin absorbs the water and there is no possibility that water droplets will be absorbed into the packaged item again. Moreover, since the thermoplastic resin film blocks water vapor, it has the effect of preventing the packaging material from absorbing water and decreasing its strength or losing its shape.

The thus obtained water-resistant sheet has superabsorbent resin particles fixed between the thermoplastic resin and the paper, but the surface is no different from that of ordinary laminated paper and is good.
When packaging fried chicken, place the paper with the paper side facing the fried chicken side, wrap it in a paper box as usual, and after about an hour, the water vapor generated from the fried chicken will be absorbed again and the surface will remain moist. Example 2: Paper made from bleached softwood kraft pulp as main raw material and with 0.5 weight percentage of polyamide epichlorohydrin added as a water resistance enhancer. 350 grammage paper made from 5017-arm water-resistant paper and wood pulp using a round net multi-tube paper machine as the main raw materials.
f/gl coated balls using molten white polyethylene to form a film layer of about 30 μm, and after scattering water-absorbing agent powder made of sodium acrylate polymer with an average particle size of 20 μm on waterproof paper. Water-resistant paper and coated balls were laminated with white polyethylene to obtain a water-absorbent sheet for box making having a composition of coated balls/white polyethylene/super water-absorbent resin powder/water-resistant paper. Using the resulting water-absorbing sheet to form a box with the confectionery packaging side wrapped in steamed buns, the hardness of the box did not change after about an hour, and water droplets did not re-adhere to the buns. , good and warm friend.

'rI? After sprinkling powder of super absorbent resin made of acrylic acid/vinyl alcohol copolymer on the polyethylene-coated surface of waterproof kraft paper, which is made by laminating 30 μm polypropylene on one side of kraft paper made in A paper containing 20% by weight of synthetic pulp and having a basis weight of 50 t/d, which is larger than bleached softwood kraft pulp, was bonded under heat to obtain a water-absorbing sheet consisting of waterproof kraft paper/super absorbent resin/synthetic pulp blended paper. The obtained water-absorbing sheet is attached to the circular surface of a cardboard box, the pizza pie is wrapped and left for about an hour, but the conventional pizza pie remains moist due to the steam generated, but the pizza pie remains freshly baked. It was good.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, since the fine super absorbent resin is fixed between the thermoplastic resin film and the paper or nonwoven fabric having water absorbency or water permeability, it is particularly effective against water vapor. When used as a packaging material for freshly prepared foods, the generated water vapor adsorbs or permeates the paper or non-woven fabric and forms water droplets on the thermoplastic resin film, but the water is absorbed by the super absorbent resin V. There is no risk that water droplets will adhere to the product again, and the product can not only maintain the same condition as when it was packaged, but also have the effect of wrapping the wrapping paper.
