るとその部分が水を余分にきみ、品質を害する恐れがあ
り、従って容器に穴をあけて水蒸気を容器外に発散させ
る方法が採用されてきたが、近時、アクリル系樹脂など
による固槃分の100倍から1000倍の水を吸収する
高吸水性の樹脂が開るために食品類の下敷などに使用さ

(当該発明が解決しようとする課題)
以上述べた如く、耐水性のあるプラスチック製の容器、
プラスチックフィルムをラミネートした容器やプラスチ
ックフィルムよりなる袋が包装容器として使用されるよ
うになってきたが、蒸気で蒸した饅頭など水蒸気を発散
する食品類や、焚い友ばかりの米飯類々どを包装すると
、水蒸気が容器の内面で凝縮して水滴となり、それが再
び食品類に付着するとその部分が余分に水を含み食味を
害するので、水蒸気の発散するように穴を開けるが、そ
の外側の包装に使用される紙袋や板紙製の箱などに吸収
され、破れたり箱が変型し之りすることがあり、前記高
吸水性樹脂の応用が検討され水が流れ出る食品類の敷紙
として使用されるようになってき九が、高吸水性樹脂が
断面などより脱落し食品に付着することがあり、水で洗
って更に加工され食用に供するものの場合は、とtら高
吸水性樹脂が付着しても取除くことが出来るのでよいが
、前記の如く持帰り直ちに食べられる饅頭や、米飯類に
付着することは好ましいことでなく、従ってこの種用途
にはまつ友〈使用されていないのが現状であり、蒸した
ばかりの熱い饅頭や米飯など水蒸気を発散するものを包
装したとき、再び凝縮し之水が再び吸収されることなく
、また、吸水剤などで食品を汚染すること々く、更には
吸水しても強度に変化なく形状が崩れることの危い包装
用紙、紙器の開発が要望されており、これらの課題を解

れたもので、高吸水性樹脂である例えば、アクリル酸ビ
ニルアルコール共重合体、アクリル酸ソーダ重合体など
の合成樹脂ポリマーの微細な球状体または粉末を、ポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレンなど熱可塑性樹脂フィルムと
吸水性または透水性のある紙または不織布と宕沼せる間
に熱可塑性樹脂により固着せしめることによシ解決した
ものである。すなわち、高吸水性樹脂であるアクリル酸
ビニルアルコール共重合体はポリエチレン、ポリプロピ
レンなど熱可塑性樹脂と、熱可塑性樹脂が溶融状態にお
いて相溶性なく、かつ溶着せず埋設されたような状態で
固層保持されることを見出し、本発明な完成するに到っ
たものである。なお、高吸水性樹脂はエクストルダーな
どで紙、不織布など忙熱度塑性樹脂をラミネートするに
際し、紙、不織布々どの上に散布し、その上からラミネ
ートするとよく、紙、不織布上に散布せるのち熱可塑性
フィルムを重ね、熱圧着してフィルムと紙などを溶着さ

実施例2゜
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプを主原料となし、耐水強化剤の
ポリアミドエピクロールヒドリンを0.5重量係添加し
て抄造した坪量5017臂の耐水紙と、丸網多筒式抄紙
機で木材パルプを主原料として抄造された坪量350
f/glのコートボールを溶融した白色ポリエチレンを
用い約30μのフィルム層を形成せしめて貼合するに際
し、平均粒径20μのアクリル酸ソーダ重合体よりなる
吸水剤の粉末を耐水紙上に散布せるのち白色ポリエチレ
ンで耐水紙とコートボールを貼合し、コートボール/白
色ポリエチレン/高吸水性樹脂粉末/耐水紙の構成より
なる製函用の吸水シートが得られた。得られた吸水シー
トを用い、菓子用包装面を製函し、蒸気で蒸した饅頭を
包んだところ、約1時間後、函の硬さは変化せず、饅頭
