(Prior art) Conventionally, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 30-8874, a similar material to a moisture absorbent-containing sheet has been made by covering a moisture-proof material in which cardboard is infiltrated with calcium chloride in moisture-absorbing paper, and then applying paraffin on top of the moisture-proof material. There is a moisture-proofing material in which open parts are provided at both the upper and lower ends of the paper to enclose it, and furthermore, in order to prevent the paraffin paper from falling off, there is a moisture-proof material in which both the enclosing papers are partially pasted. There is a moisture-proof material that is made by polymerizing six layers of moisture-proof material, wrapping it in hygroscopic paper, and then covering it with a polyethylene film that partially has micropores, but this method requires many complicated processing steps. Not only is it necessary, but a large number of sizes have to be prepared in order to correspond to the degree of moisture resistance required depending on the size of the package and the nature of the contents, which makes it expensive and difficult to put into practical use. do not have.

In addition, commonly used moisture-proofing materials contain chemicals containing powdered or granular desiccant agents such as dried lime granular silica gel, which are stored in small breathable bags made of cloth, paper, or perforated plastic film. Currently, it is used as a moisture-proofing agent to prevent quality deterioration caused by moisture, such as moisture absorption in food products and rust in mechanical parts. For this reason,
There is a risk that the packaging may tear and contaminate the packaged item, and there are many accidents where children accidentally eat it.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Other than these drawbacks, the invention is inexpensive due to the simplicity of the manufacturing process, and it is easy to handle without the hassle of preparing multiple sizes by cutting it as necessary. It takes advantage of the properties of a paperboard-like sheet made of wood pulp, which does not cause the bag to break and contaminate the contents, and when used as a desiccant for food, it has a safety feature that conventional products lack. It provides new products.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve this objective, the present invention is configured as described below. That is, calcium chloride,
A paperboard is impregnated with hygroscopic chemicals such as iron chloride and potassium acetate in the form of a solution, and then dried to give a moisture permeability of 10g/ m2 , 24hr, 40℃, 90% on both sides of the chemical-containing paperboard.
A film layer is formed by gluing, fusing, or extruding coating using an extruder to form a plastic film with an RH (moisture permeability measurement method according to JIS/ZO208) or less.

Single films that meet the above moisture permeability conditions require a thickness of 30 μm or more for polypropylene, 40 μm or more for low-density polyethylene and polyester, and 20 μm or more for vinylidene chloride, such as polypropylene, which is known as a low moisture permeability film. It is also possible to use a moisture-proof film made of polyethylene, polyester, or the like coated with vinylidene chloride resin. Generally, in extrusion extrusion coating of resin, pinholes are generated due to surface irregularities of the paperboard, resulting in deterioration of moisture permeability, so it is necessary to form a resin film thicker than the above-mentioned film. The moisture-absorbing sheet thus formed is cut to a predetermined size, and the side surface of the chemical-containing paperboard is exposed in the cross section of the sheet, and moisture is absorbed from this portion.

(Function) The moisture-absorbing sheet configured as described above has a plastic film layer with moisture-proof function formed on both sides, so the moisture-absorbing effect of the impregnated chemicals is as follows.
This is done on the cross section of the moisture-absorbing chemical-impregnated sheet.

(Example) The present invention will be explained according to the embodiment shown in the drawings. In the sheet 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the chemical-containing paperboard 2 is made of paperboard by a wet method using wood pulp for papermaking as the main raw material. In the step of drying the wet paper to a moisture content of 15 to 45% by weight, it is impregnated with an aqueous solution of hygroscopic chemicals such as iron chloride, calcium chloride, potassium acetate, etc., and then the impregnated paper is dried to a moisture content of 10% by weight or less. At least form it. Both sides of the obtained chemical-containing paperboard have a moisture permeability of 10g/ m2・24hr・
Form a film directly using an extruder with a resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, vinylidene chloride, polyester, etc., with a film thickness of 40℃ and 90%RH or less, or glue a single or composite film of the above resins. After forming the plastic film layer 3 by laminating or hot-melting the plastic film layer 3 using The chemical-containing paperboard is exposed to allow moisture inside the package to be absorbed from the sides of the sheet.

(Effects of the invention) Since the invention is constructed as described above,
When storing or transporting food products, machine parts, or other industrial products, if the sheet of this invention is placed in a packaging container and then sealed, it absorbs moisture from inside the package and maintains it in a dry state. It can prevent deterioration of parts due to moisture absorption. Furthermore, since the product of this invention is a paperboard-like sheet, in addition to its original function as a desiccant sheet, it can also be used as a square bottom material for packaging bags in soft packaging materials such as plastic film to make the volume appear larger and to improve static stability. Not only can it replace the paperboard that is used to provide the chemical-containing paperboard and the partition plate inside the packaging container, but the moisture inside the packaging container can be absorbed only by the exposed side of the chemical-containing paperboard on the cut surface of the sheet. Because it is absorbed, there is no risk that the paperboard will absorb excess water and become wet, causing the packaged product to come into contact with the damp paperboard and deteriorate the quality of the product. In addition, by printing the product name, handling precautions, explanations, etc. on the chemical-containing paperboard or plastic film layer, it can also serve as a label or instruction manual, which has not been seen with this type of desiccant before. I can do it. In addition, since the moisture-absorbing sheet devised in this application is cut into pieces with a side of 4 to 5 cm or more, if it is used for food packaging as a moisture preventive agent for food, children may mistake it for food and swallow it. It cannot be swallowed even if it is put in the mouth, making it extremely safe. Furthermore, the cost is low due to the simplicity of the manufacturing process, and it can be cut to any size depending on the moisture absorption characteristics of the package contents, the size of the package, the degree of drying required, the warranty period, etc. Therefore, there is no need to stock a large number of moisture absorbing materials with different sizes.
