【考案の詳細な説明】

【作用】 この考案はロール心棒を片方のアームに固定してしまい 、さらに上方に９０度以上回転出来る構造とした。９０度以上回転した時点で、 フタは自重で自然に開いた形になる。

【従来の技術】 従来のペーパーホルダーは １．心棒を縮めて取り外すもの。 ２．真上方向に拭き取り、下方から装着する。 ３．心棒全体を真上に上げてペーパーを脱着する。 等々の方式のものがあるが、片手で出来なかったり、構造が複雑 であったり、コストアップであったりした。

本考案は片手で心棒を上方向と回転させればフタの開きとペーパの脱着が出来 る。
