<<Prior Art>> Color expressions such as Morpho butterflies and jewel beetles, which have colored luminous colors and whose hue changes depending on the viewing angle, have been studied for some time. For example, fish meal
A method of printing on a black or colored base material using ink using metal pieces or mica powder (hereinafter referred to as pearl pigment), and a method of printing on a base material by adding a colored pigment to pearl pigment have been used. In either method, the ink could not be made very thick, and the depth, vividness, and color change of the above-mentioned natural colored glow colors were inferior. In addition, pearl pigments or colored pigments are added to the plastic,
It can also be used as a sheet or a molded product, but in either case, the whiteness of the pearls prevails, giving the impression of being cheap.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention has a total light transmittance of 60% when the thickness is 1 mm.
The above-mentioned thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to as transparent resin) is made by dispersing titanium mica particles, which are coated with titanium dioxide with a film thickness of 30 to 500 μm on the surface of microflake-like mica with a thickness of 0.05 to 2.0 μm. A composite sheet consisting of one layer and a second layer of white, black or chromatic thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to as transparent resin) with a total light transmittance of 50% or less, and the thickness of the first layer is A ( The relationship between the dispersion ratio B (%) of titanium mica dispersed in the first layer is 0.01/A≦B
This is a design composite sheet characterized by ≦0.5/A.

The total light transmittance of the transparent resin used for the first layer is 60%.
If it is less than that, the brilliance and interference coloring properties of titanium mica will be reduced, so that the purpose will not be achieved. However, a coloring agent can be added to the transparent resin to make it transparent and chromatic.

The characteristics of mica coated with titanium dioxide, that is, titanium mica, are caused by interference between light reflected on the mica surface and light reflected on the titanium dioxide surface when dispersed in a transparent resin sheet. For this reason, the color produced is determined by the thickness of the titanium dioxide film and the mica.As for the light that passes through the sheet, only the wave light that is transmitted without being reflected by the titanium mica is visible, and the reflected light and the passing light are separated. The colors are complementary to each other, and the reflected light has a chromatic color.

If the dispersed addition amount B% of titanium mica to the first layer is B<0.01/A with respect to the first layer thickness Amm, the interference coloration property will be reduced, so that the objective cannot be achieved. If B>0.5/A, the coloring state of the second layer cannot be sufficiently confirmed, making it impossible to obtain a varied colored glow color.

A film in which mica titanium is dispersed in a transparent resin can be obtained by a general film forming method such as an extrusion method, a coextrusion method, a calendar method, a solution casting method, or a biaxial stretching method. White color with total light transmittance less than 50%,
The black or chromatic thermoplastic resin layer is generally made by dispersing a white pigment such as titanium dioxide, a black pigment such as carbon black, an organic or inorganic colored pigment such as red iron or phthalocyanine into a thermoplastic resin, and forming a colored resin into a film. use something The film can be formed in the same manner as the titanium mica dispersed sheet layer. The first layer of titanium mica dispersion sheet layer and the second layer of colored sheet are laminated using a dry lamination method, an extrusion lamination method, a thermal lamination method, a coextrusion lamination method, or the like.

《Function》 The transparent resin that becomes the first layer Heath resin has the function of making use of the interference coloring property and luminous coloring property of the dispersed titanium mica, and the titanium mica added in a specific amount improves the interference coloring property and luminous coloring property. Its function and the second
It has the function of subtly changing the hue of the colored layer depending on the viewing angle, and the second colored layer has the function of determining the basic tone of the composite sheet of the present invention, for example, black tone, red tone, green tone. .

<<Example>> (Example 1) A stabilizer, a lubricant, and a reinforcing agent were added to a hard vinyl chloride resin to prepare a hard vinyl chloride transparent resin base. For the hard vinyl chloride transparent resin base 100,
After adding 1% of Iriodin 235 manufactured by Merck, a sheet with a thickness of 0.1 mm was prepared using a calender.
Separately, a black vinyl chloride sheet having a total light transmittance of 1.2% and containing 0.5% carbon black was obtained using the same calendering method to obtain a 0.1 mm sheet. Next, heat laminate the above two types of sheets using a heat laminating machine.
A 0.2 mm composite sheet was obtained. When the obtained sheet is viewed from the side of the titanium mica dispersion sheet, a green interference chromatic color is obtained as reflected light. Depending on the viewing angle, the green color decreases and the black base can be strongly recognized, making it look like a morpho butterfly. A sheet was obtained.

(Example 2) As in Example 1, Iriodin 235 manufactured by Merck & Co., Ltd.
0.2 mm of hard vinyl chloride sheet added with 0.5% was obtained. Separately, a red vinyl chloride sheet with a thickness of 0.1 mm and a total light transmittance of 3% to which a red pigment was added was obtained by a calendering method. These two types of sheets were dry laminated using a urethane adhesive to obtain a 0.3 mm composite sheet. When the obtained sheet was viewed from the side of the titanium mica dispersion sheet, a green interference chromatic color was obtained, and depending on the viewing angle, a sheet with a unique coloration in which the underlying red color was strongly felt was obtained.

(Example 3) 0.5% of Iriodin 235 manufactured by Merck & Co., Ltd. was added to methyl methacrylate resin to obtain a titanium mica dispersed methyl methacrylate resin. Separately, a black methyl methacrylate resin to which 1.0% of carbon pigment was added was obtained. Two types of resins were coextruded into a film using a two-layer coextrusion facility to obtain a composite sheet with a total thickness of 0.3 mm, including a titanium mica layer of 0.1 mm and a black layer of 0.2 mm. The obtained sheet was the same as in Example 1, with a black-green glow color similar to that of a morpho butterfly.
