<Prior art> As shown in FIG. 1 and 1, as a shoe sole with spikes suitable for conventional athletic shoes for ball games and baseball, the reinforcing plate body b of the sole is replaced with a sole body a with spikes made of synthetic resin. The reinforcing plate main body b is formed using a more rigid (higher hardness) material to have a substantially planar sole shape, and has spike through holes 13 formed therein, and a large number of biting legs 14 protruding from the upper surface. The sole body b with spikes made of synthetic resin is inserted into the through hole 13 of
There is a shoe sole with spikes (for example, Utility Model Publication No. 4161 of 1988), which is made by inserting and fixing the legs of the spikes 12 on the lower surface 15 of the shoe. This invention essentially consists of a sole body with a plurality of studs protruding from predetermined positions on the bottom side of the sole body, and a plurality of studs on the bottom side of the bottom side of the sole body. This is a device that corresponds to a shoe sole with studs, in which a plate that is more rigid (harder) than the material of the base and each stud is integrally fixed mainly around the base.

<Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention> The above-mentioned conventional shoe sole with spikes (sole with studs) has a structure that is more rigid than the lower surface 15 of the sole body a with spikes mainly around the base of each spike (or stud) 12. High (high hardness) reinforcement plate body b
, so that when the spiked sole body a is bent mainly in the front-back direction according to the footwork of the foot wearing the shoe, the spiked sole body a
Where the lower surface 15 has to be stretched due to the strongest tensile force, the reinforcing plate body b has high hardness and high modulus, so it prevents the spiked sole body a from stretching and bending. As a result, cracks occur in the spiked sole body a at the fixed portion side of the reinforcing plate body b. In addition, since the highly rigid (high hardness) reinforcing plate main body b reinforces the vicinity of the base of each spike 12, each spike does not deform when each spike 12 acts to prevent slipping on the ground. There were defects such as stress dispersion was not possible and the contact surface of each spike 12 was significantly worn out due to contact friction with the ground.

<Means for Solving the Problem> The present invention forms a relatively low base 5 at a predetermined location on the lower surface 2 side of the base 1 where studs are to be formed, and forms a plurality of studs 3 that protrude downward from the base 5. , the studded sole A has a plate 4 that is softer, has a lower modulus, and is relatively thinner than the base part 1 and is integrally fixed mainly around the root of the stud 3 in the base part 5, so that the above-mentioned effect can be achieved. It attempts to overcome the deficiencies of conventional spiked soles.

<Function> When the base part 1 of the sole of the shoe is bent mainly in the front-rear direction in accordance with the footwork of the foot of the shoe wearer, the plate 4 is softer and has a lower modulus than the base part 1. It bends well following the base part 1, and does not inhibit the bending of the base part 1 in the slightest. Furthermore, since the plate 4 is soft, it not only disperses the stress generated in the upper part of each stud 3, but also works with the platform 5 to disperse, alleviate, or block the uplifting force from the ground that is applied to the ground surface of each stud 3. Furthermore, each stud 3
When the stud 3 exerts a slip prevention force on the ground, each of the studs 3 is tipped sideways in the direction of the slide, and a strong tensile force is applied to each stud 3 at a position on the opposite side to the direction of the slide. , the tensile force can be suppressed by the stand portion 5.

The studded sole A of the present invention is made of a known sole material, such as thermoplastic synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, preferably with good abrasion resistance, and a soft one has a low modulus, and a hard one has a low modulus, and a hard one has a low modulus. For example, a thermoplastic polyurethane resin that can reduce the pushing up force may be used. As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the structure is such that the studs are formed at predetermined areas on the lower surface 2 side of the base 1, such as the toe side, the front stepping area, and a part of the heel stepping area. A relatively low (thin) platform 5 is formed. Next, the base portion 5 has a plurality of studs 3 of a known shape protruding downward from a portion thereof. Further, a plate 4 which is softer, has a lower modulus, and is relatively thinner than the base part 1 and each stud 3 is fixed mainly around the base of each stud 3 in the base part 5. The base portion 1 and each stud have a relatively higher hardness than each of the studs 3. Further, since the base part 1 is the main part of the studded sole A, its thickness is relatively thick, about 3 to 4 mm, and the plate 4 is about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm.
The base 5 has a relatively low thickness (thin) that is approximately the same as that of the plate 4.
It is something.

The plate 4 also forms a plurality of legs 6 projecting into a portion of the base 1. The leg portion 6
The length may be about 3 to 5 mm, and the diameter may be about 1 to 2.5 mm. In addition, the sole A with studs of the present invention can be manufactured by first molding the plate 4 and then molding the base part 1 with each stud 3 together, or after molding the base part 1 with each stud 3. plate 4
All you have to do is combine and mold them. Further, the plate 4 has a larger width than the cross-sectional area of the base of each spike 3, and the base 5 has a larger size than the plate 4.

<Effects> Since the studded sole A of the present invention has the above-described structure and function, the base portion 1 of the studded sole A is mainly bent in the front-rear direction, as shown in FIG. Since the plate 4 follows and expands and bends, the base 1 does not crack in the lateral direction. As shown in FIG. 3, each stud 3 can disperse the stress generated in its upper part by deformation, thereby reducing the contact friction force of the contact surface 3' of each stud 3 and reducing wear and tear. Each stud 3
As a shoe sole with studs, it is possible to withstand the tensile force generated in the position opposite to the sliding direction of each stud 3 when the frictional force exerts a slip prevention force on the ground, and to prevent cracks in this part. It was possible to significantly improve the service life. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the base portion 1, the platform portion 5, and the plate 4 can reduce the upward thrust exerted on the ground surface 3' of each spike 3. Therefore, it can be provided as a studded sole suitable for athletic shoes for baseball and various ball games.
