2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a shoe sole is known in which a large number of non-slip projections having different heights are provided on the ground contact surface side of the shoe sole. However, since the conventional shoe sole is made of the same material, it cannot satisfy the functions of cushioning property, bending property, and slip resistance. That is, the cushioning property, the bending property, and the anti-slip property of the shoe sole often have mutually opposite correlations. For example, in order to improve the anti-slip property that acts on the soil surface, if the hardness of the shoe sole is increased. , The flexibility of the shoe sole and the cushioning property are impaired. Conversely, if the hardness is lowered, the flexibility,
Although the cushioning property is improved, the slip resistance tends to be impaired, and the advent of a shoe sole having the functions of combining flexibility, cushioning property, and slip resistance has been desired.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention provides a shoe sole capable of overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional shoe sole, that is, the shoe sole having the functions of cushioning property, bending property, and anti-slip property at the same time. This is a technical issue.

In order to solve the above problems, the present inventor has conducted earnest research, and as a result, has provided an invention having the following constitution. That is, the present invention is a shoe sole in which a large number of protrusions having height differences are projected from the base of the shoe sole toward the ground contact surface, and one lower than this is provided between a plurality of high protrusions that first come into contact with the ground surface when landing. Alternatively, it is a shoe sole having a novel structure in which a plurality of protrusions are protruded and at least the lowest protrusion protruding between the higher protrusions is formed to have higher hardness than other protrusions higher than this. .

Therefore, according to the present invention, since the high protrusions that first come into contact with the ground surface at the time of landing are formed to have a lower hardness and [softer] than the lowest protrusions formed between these protrusions, When walking, that is, in a state where the load of the shoe wearer is not large, the high protrusion, that is, the protrusion with low hardness, receives the load. With a low protrusion, the impact at the initial stage can be alleviated, and with respect to the next large load, the lower protrusion, that is, the protrusion having high hardness can be deformed and the impact can be alleviated. Further, even when a sudden turn or stop is performed, the high protrusion falls, and the low protrusion, that is, the protrusion having high hardness, comes into contact with the road surface to exert a slip preventing effect.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the present invention is a shoe sole in which a large number of protrusions having different heights are projected from the base portion 1 on the ground contact surface side of the shoe sole when the ground is first landed. When comparing the hardnesses of the highest protrusion 2 that contacts the surface and the lowest protrusion 3.3 formed between these protrusions 2.2, at least the lowest protrusion 3.3 is the highest protrusion. It is formed to have a hardness higher than 2.2.

At this time, as the shoe sole material, those used for ordinary shoe soles, for example, an elastomer such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or plastic, or a foam thereof, or the like is used. In addition, the hardness of each protrusion set at this time is 40 for JIS high hardness type A for high protrusion 2.2.
Degree to 70 degrees, 50 degree to 9 degree for low protrusion 3.3
The hardness is set to 0 degree so that a hardness difference always occurs between them. FIG. 2 is an example showing the manufacturing process of the present invention, which is by press molding. First for the press die,
Charge the bottom material 5 into the recess 4 corresponding to the low protrusion 3.3,
After that, the bottom material 6 corresponding to the substrate 1 and the high protrusions 2.2 is placed on the bottom material 5, and then thermocompression bonded, the bottom material 6 enters the recess 7 of the press die, and It is molded integrally. As other manufacturing methods, there are a molding method by injection, a method of sticking the protrusions by adhesion, and the like, and which method is adopted is completely free. Next, FIGS. 3 to 5 show an embodiment of the shoe sole of the present invention, and FIG. 3A shows a plan view in which the protrusion 2.3 is formed on a linear block, and FIG. Is a partial cross-sectional view thereof. The high protrusions 2.3 and the low protrusions 2.3 are alternately arranged, and are formed along the direction in which the shoes are bent by the movement from the landing of the shoe to the kick. At this time, the thickness, height and shape of the projections 2 and 3 of each linear block are, for example, asphalt, soil surface, wood surface, concrete,
It is appropriately selected according to the road surface conditions such as. Figure 4 [A]
Also, [B] is an embodiment of the combination of the protrusions 2.3, and the protrusion 2.3 shows the combination of the linear block and the column. In the drawing, the high protrusion 2 is formed as a linear block, and the low protrusion 3 is formed as a cylinder.
It is completely free to reverse the relationship between the two. Figure 5
In [A] and [B], the protrusion 2.3 is formed in a ring shape,
It is provided on the heel part and the front tread part where the weight of the shoes is likely to be heavy. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but under the condition that the low protrusions 3 having higher hardness are formed between the high protrusions 2.2 that first come into contact with the road surface. In the above, the planar shape and size of the projection 2.3 to be combined are not limited to these. Further, the present invention can be carried out not only on the entire surface of the shoe sole but also partially on a position where the weight of the wearer is likely to be exerted. Next, FIGS. 6 to 8 show an embodiment showing a sectional structure of a shoe sole, and FIG. 6 shows an arrangement in which projections 2.2 having high altitude and low projections 3 having higher altitude are alternately arranged. FIG. 7 shows a plurality of protrusions 3 arranged between the protrusions 2 and 2. 8 is the same as
A plurality of high protrusions 2.2 and a plurality of low protrusions 3.3 having the above relationship are alternately arranged. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in the above-mentioned cross-sectional view, but the projections 2 may be provided under the condition that the hard projections 3 shorter than the projections 2.2 are formed between them. .3
There is no restriction on the shape, thickness, height, and number of arrays.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when the shoe wearer does not receive a large load during normal walking or the like, a protrusion having a high load, that is, a protrusion having a low hardness, receives the load of the shoe wearer. It deforms and absorbs the impact at the initial stage, and then, for a large impact such as a jump, after these high protrusions 2.2 collapse, the low hardness protrusion 3.3 contacts the road surface and impacts. Can be absorbed.

That is, according to the present invention, the high protrusions that first come into contact with the ground surface at the time of landing have a lower hardness and are [softer] than the lowest protrusions formed between these protrusions. When walking, that is, in a state where the load of the shoe wearer is not large, the high protrusions, that is, the protrusions with low hardness, receive the load, and as for a large impact such as a jump, as shown in FIG. First, the high protrusion, that is, the protrusion with low hardness, absorbs the impact in the initial stage,
With respect to the next large load, the protrusions having a low hardness, that is, the protrusions having a high hardness, are deformed and the impact can be alleviated. That is, according to the present invention, the impact can be received stepwise by the protrusion 2.3 having two kinds of properties, that is, the high protrusion 2 which easily deforms and the low protrusion 3, that is, the low protrusion 3 which hardly deforms. Because of the configuration, the impact of a so-called "gutter" at the time of landing can be gradually buffered, and the foot of the shoe wearer can be effectively protected. Also when making a sharp turn, similarly, the initial anti-slip is activated by the high protrusions 2,
With respect to a strong load, the low protrusions 3, that is, the protrusions having high hardness, can gradually exert the anti-slip action.
