Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, the periphery of the building board 2 was bonded to the surface of the frame 1 so as to match the periphery of the frame 1. Therefore, the corner portion 8 of the construction board 2 protrudes, and even if it is slightly chamfered, it is difficult to transport the construction panel A'.
There is a drawback that the corner portions 8 of the construction board 2 are likely to hit objects and be damaged during storage or on-site construction. In addition, construction panels are installed at construction sites.
Even when connecting building panels A' side by side and filling caulking agent 3 such as silicone between building panels A', the caulking agent 3 is applied only to the chamfered part 4 between building boards 2 as shown in Fig. 6. There was a problem that the caulking agent 3 was only thinly filled and the thickness of the caulking agent 3 was too thin to provide sufficient water-stopping properties. Furthermore, due to misalignment when bonding the building board 2 to the frame 1 with the adhesive 6, the periphery of the building board 2 may protrude from the periphery of the frame 1 as shown in FIG. If the edge of the building board 2 protrudes from the frame 1, the building board 2 is likely to be damaged, and the projecting portion of the building board 2 may become a hindrance, resulting in construction defects.

The construction panel of the present invention is a construction panel in which a construction board 2 is fixed to the surface of a frame 1 for reinforcement and assembly with an adhesive 6.
A spacer 9 having a width equal to the distance between the periphery of the building board 2 and the periphery of the frame 1 is removably attached to the periphery of the building board 2. At the same time, the corner portion 8 of the surface of the building board 2 is covered by a protective piece 10 extending from the spacer 9 toward the inner circumferential side of the building board 2. However, since the periphery of the building board 2 is retracted from the periphery of the frame 1, even if the building panels are butted together, there will be no gap between the adjacent building boards 2 for filling the caulking agent. It can be secured and improve the water-tightness between architectural panels.
Furthermore, the corner portions 8 of the building board 2 are retracted from the edge of the frame 1, making it difficult for the corner portions 8 of the building board 2 to be damaged by hitting objects. By the way, if the periphery of the building board 2 is retracted from the periphery of the frame 1 in this way, although the above effect is achieved, it becomes difficult to position the building board 2 on the frame 1, and the construction However, since the spacer 9 is attached to the circumferential surface of the architectural board 2, the outer surface of the spacer 9 placed around the architectural board 2 may be connected to the frame 1. By matching the periphery of the building board 2, the positioning of the building board 2 can be easily and reliably performed. Furthermore,
Even if the periphery of the construction board 2 is retracted from the frame 1, if the construction panel is handled roughly, the corner portion 8 of the construction board 2 may be damaged. Since the corner portions 8 are covered, damage to the corner portions 8 can be reliably prevented. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The frame 1 is assembled by joining square pipes by welding or screws.
The architectural board 2 is made of foamed concrete or lightweight concrete, for example, and has its back surface fixed to the surface of the frame 1 with an adhesive 6, as shown in FIG. At this time, the entire periphery of the building board 2 is retracted from the entire periphery of the frame 1, and a chamfered portion 4 is formed at a corner portion 8 of the front side periphery of the building board 2. The dimension δ at which the architectural board 2 can be retracted differs depending on the construction method, but in the case of butt construction, a joint width of 3 to 6 mm is common, so if the width of the chamfered part 4 is 1 mm, one side It is best to set it to about 0.5 to 2.0 mm. The protective piece 10 and the spacer 9 are integrally molded with an elastic material such as synthetic resin foam and have a substantially L-shaped cross section, and may surround the entire circumference of the architectural board 2. It may be partially attached to the periphery. The thickness of the spacer 9 is the distance δ between the periphery of the building board 2 and the periphery of the frame 1.
The protective piece 10 may have an appropriate size. Therefore, when assembling the architectural panel A, the architectural board 2 coated with adhesive 6 on the back side is placed on the frame 1, and the spacers 9 are placed on the peripheral surface of the architectural board 2 and the edge of the front surface of the frame 1. The construction board 2 is positioned between the construction board 2 and the corner portion 8 of the surface of the construction board 2 is covered with a protective piece 10, and the outer surface of the spacer 9 is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the frame 1, thereby positioning the construction board 2. Glue the building board 2 in place. At the same time, the inner surface of the spacer 9 is bonded to the peripheral surface of the building board 2. However, the protective piece 10 covering the periphery of the surface of the construction board 2 is not adhered to the construction board 2,
The adhesive 6 is designed to prevent the surface of the building board 2 from becoming dirty and to make it easy to remove the spacer 9. The architectural panel A is handled with the spacer 9 and protective piece 10 attached during shipping and transportation or storage, but during construction, the spacer 9 and protective piece 10 are peeled off as shown in Figure 3, and the architectural board 2 is removed from the frame 1. It is constructed in a retracted state, and as shown in Fig. 4, when adjacent architectural panels A are butted together and constructed, a gap 7 with a width twice the dimension δ is created between the architectural boards 2. is formed, the gap 7 and the chamfered portion 4 can be sufficiently filled with a caulking agent 3 such as silicone, and the thickness of the caulking agent 3 can be increased to improve water-stopping properties. The stains on the building board 2 after the spacers 9 are peeled off are hidden by filling the caulking agent 3. In addition, the corner portion 8 of the construction board 2
Since the protrusion from the frame 1 is small and is covered by the protective piece 10, the construction board 2
This means that the corner portion 8 is less likely to be damaged.

As described above, the present invention makes the periphery of the building board retract from the periphery of the frame, and places a spacer on the periphery of the building board with a width equal to the distance between the periphery of the building board and the frame. By removing the spacer from the periphery of the building boards when building panels are butted together, a gap can be created between adjacent building boards to fill with caulk. This has the advantage of improving water-tightness between architectural panels. In addition, the corners of the building board are recessed from the edges of the frame, and these corners are covered with a protective piece, which has the advantage that the corners of the building board are less likely to be damaged by hitting objects. be. Moreover, even though the periphery of the building board is retracted from the periphery of the frame, a spacer is interposed between the periphery of the building board and the frame, so the construction board There is an advantage that the construction board can be easily and reliably positioned by aligning the outer surfaces of the spacers arranged around the frame with the periphery of the frame.
