【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、建築物における壁面の
結露を未然に防ぐ結露防止構造に関し、具体的には結露
防止材と壁面との形状改良に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、璧面の結露防止構造にあっては、
図面によって詳述すると図3の如く、木質胴縁8を下地
壁面1に取付けた後、該木質胴縁8の周囲に結露防止材
5を一定厚みに施設し、この後に前記木質胴縁8の表面
に仕上げ璧面6を釘着あるいは接着等の固着手段を用い
て取付け施工していた。また、壁面と間仕切りパネル7
の取付け構造にあっては、図4に示す如く前記下地壁面
1に設けた木質胴縁8に間仕切りパネル7の補強枠71
を直接固着せしめ、次に下地壁面1の表面に結露防止材
5を設置造形した後、その上から仕上げ壁面6を貼り付
け施工することで壁面の仕上げをなさしめている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記図
3で示すような壁面の結露防止構造にあっては、下地壁
面1と木質胴縁8との取付け面に結露防止策が全く施さ
れていないため局部的な結露現象が現われることが多
く、この結露現象は表面の仕上げ壁面6まで影響を及ぼ
し著しく美観を損ねるに留まらずその密着をも脅かすな
ど壁面構造そのものを破壊する危険性を有している。 【0004】また、図4で示したような直接的な間仕切
りパネル7の取り付け構造では、間仕切りパネル7の補
強枠71と接する下地壁面1の表面を、ある程度平滑な
仕上げ面としなければ両部材が比較的硬質なため充分な
取り付け強度と正確な取り付け精度が得られない欠点を
有し、さらに、致命的な欠点は該補強枠71と下地壁面
1との取り付け面に結露防止材が付設されていないので
結露現象が現われ、この結露現象は接合部の取り付け強
度を大きく低下させる。本発明はこのような欠点に鑑
み、壁面の結露を完全に防ぎ剛性の確保された壁面構造
と間仕切り構造を提供することを目的としている。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明を図面に基づいて
説明すると、図2に示すように、住宅、倉庫等の建築物
に用いられる結露防止璧面構造であって、所望の倍率に
形成された発泡合成樹脂板2と木質合板または合成木材
等の木質板3とを貼着一体化して複合板4を形成し、こ
の複合板4を下地壁面1に発泡合成樹脂板2の面を向け
取付けた後、前記複合板4の周囲に適度の厚みに形成
した結露防止材5を施設し、この複合板4の木質板3の
上から補強枠71と表面板72等からなる間仕切りパネ
ル7の端部を固着すると共に、前記結露防止材5の表面
及び間仕切りパネル7の周囲に仕上げ壁面6を施してな
ることを特徴としている。 【0006】 【作用】本発明は、上記した構造をもって下記に示す優
れた作用をなす。すなわち、図2に示すように、下地壁
面1に対して予め発泡合成樹脂板2と木質板3とを一体
化してなる複合板4を接着あるいは釘着等によって固着
せしめ、その後前記複合板4の周囲に隙間無く結露防止
材5を敷設してその表面から仕上げ壁面6を覆設せしめ
て壁面を完成する。これにより下地壁面1はその表面が
すべて結露防止作用のある材料にて覆われ間隙のない断
熱層を形成する。 【0007】 【実施例】本発明を実施するに、図2に示した一実施例
を示すと、幅寸法40〜60mm、長さ寸法3000〜
4000mmの外寸法で、発泡合成樹脂板2は45kg
/m程度のウレタン樹脂材料を用いて10mm以上の
厚みを持たせ、これを同程度厚みの木質板3に張り合わ
せて複合板4を形成する。これを璧面に対して垂直方向
あるいは水平方向等に配設して、天上と床面に、または
両壁面にその端部を接合取付けせしめ胴縁構造とする胴
縁工法図5とか、あるいは前記と同様な材質で外寸法を
巾長さ共に100〜150mmとしてこれを壁面に点配
設せしめたパッキング工法図6などの工法をもって施行
する。そして前記複合板4の表面へ、図2に示すように
間仕切りパネル7を固着せしめて完成する。なお、求め
られる施工筒所あるいは性能によりここで示した数値以
外の寸法により自由な対応ができることは言うまでもな
い。 【0008】 【発明の効果】本発明によると、下地壁面1に対しその
表面全面を切れ目なく断熱材で覆い完璧な結露防止作用
をなさしめる。また、間仕切りパネル7を設置形成する
ことによって、その取り付け部の内部は完全に断熱材で
外気と遮断されており強い結露防止作用をなす。
