Conventional technology Currently, uniforms and caps around the world include chest badges, armbands,
Gold mall emblems made of gold and silver decorative thread are used as cap badges, etc., but as they are handmade,
Since the emblems are individually manufactured using an embroidery method, production efficiency is extremely low and they are also extremely expensive, so there is a demand for a gold molding-shaped emblem that has the same appearance and can be mass-produced at a low cost.

As a technology for manufacturing emblem-like plaques, badges, and appliques using thermoplastic synthetic resin films, there are already publications such as Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-27421,
A technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-35993 is known, and the former, as shown in FIG. 4 of this book, has a pressing part C having a pressing blade A and a fusing blade B,
The molded product is pressed with a mold having only a bulging cavity D and subjected to high-frequency dielectric heating, and as shown in FIG. The latter means disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-35993 is a mold having a fusing blade G, a pressing fusing blade H, and a pressing blade I, as shown in FIG. 6 of this book. By pressing and performing high-frequency dielectric heating, a molded product having grooves J and bulges K and L is obtained, as shown in FIG.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The techniques disclosed in the above-mentioned publications and similar conventional techniques all involve pressing a pressing blade or a pressing fusing blade to match the outline of the pattern to be formed, thereby causing the pattern to swell. It can be simply welded or welded.

For this reason, according to conventional means, in order to form a fine uneven pattern on the upper surface of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film other than by pressing lines using a pressing blade, it is necessary to form a fine uneven pattern on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film as a raw material. Only embossing must be performed as the first step, and welding to the base material and fusing must be performed as the second step.

According to the above-mentioned means, the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet expands and contracts due to the influence of heating in the first step, and the positioning with the molding die in the second step becomes inaccurate, resulting in pattern misalignment and failure in the second step. There is a drawback that the fine uneven pattern formed in the first step disappears due to the action of tensile force in the heated state.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises stacking thermoplastic synthetic resin films on which a metal thin film is formed on the upper surface of a base material and which is provided with a woven cloth-like fine uneven pattern.
From the top of the film, there is an embossed part on which a gold molding thread pattern is engraved, a fusing blade part, and a embossed part deeper than the embossed part between the blade part and the embossed part and on the peripheral edge of the decorative thread. High-frequency dielectric heating is performed by pressing with an engraving mold having a groove portion having a width approximately equal to the width, and the groove portion forms a decorative thread peripheral portion that bulges higher than the molding surface formed by the embossing portion. A structure is adopted that forms a mall thread pattern.

Function Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the gold molding thread pattern engraved on the embossing part is formed on the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film by the pressing of the embossing part and high-frequency dielectric heating. Since the surface of the thread pattern has a woven cloth-like fine uneven pattern given to the film, the molded surface has the same appearance as an embroidered gold molding.

Due to the above-mentioned pressing by the embossing part and biting by the fusing blade part, the excess thickness of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film swells slightly along the groove, and is regulated by the width of the groove and is pressed by the embossing part. The woven fabric-like fine uneven pattern on its surface forms a periphery with an appearance similar to the decorative thread periphery of a gold molding.
