Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、高周波誘電加熱用の一方の電極の加工面に、電気絶
縁体よりなり、基部と、該基部から加工面と直交する方
向に模様の膨出部に対応してそれぞれ段差を存して突出
する複数の突出部とを有する受圧型を載置し、該受圧型
上に、硬質熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを重ね、該シート上
に伸展性を有する基材シートを重ね、更に該基材シート
上に、少なくとも熱可塑性合成樹脂フィルムを重ね、該
フィルム上から、模様外郭部相当位置に溶断刃部を有す
ると共に、前記受圧型の各突出部の少なくとも一方の輪
郭部に対応する模様輪郭線相当位置に押圧刃部を有する
ところの高周波誘電加熱用の他方の電極たる成形金型で
押圧し、加熱し、溶着、溶断を行ない、冷却後に離型す
る熱可塑性合成樹脂フィルムによる立体的な装飾片の製
造方法。 2、電気絶縁体で成形され、模様外郭部に相当する周縁
基部と、該周縁基部で囲まれた領域内で、模様の膨出部
に対応して該周縁基部より突出する異なる高さの複数の
突出部とからなり、高周波誘電加熱用の一方の電極の加
工面に載置される受圧型と、模様外郭部相当位置に溶断
刃部を突出させ、該溶断刃部で囲まれた領域内の模様輪
郭線相当位置に複数の押圧刃部を突出させると共に、前
記溶断刃部は受圧型の周縁基部に対応し、各押圧刃部は
受圧型の異なる高さの突出部のいずれかの少なくとも一
方の輪郭部に対応する突出高さとされ、各溶断刃部と各
押圧刃部との間は、各刃先面から遠ざかる方向へ、模様
の膨出高さより深く凹陥した空所とされているところの
、高周波誘電加熱用の他方の電極たる成形金型とよりな
る熱可塑性合成樹脂フィルムによる立体的な装飾片の成
形型。
