It has a pattern. Further, it is also practiced to apply a coloring agent to the recess thus formed or to use plating.

Since there is no change in color tone, it is difficult to distinguish pictures and patterns and the decorative effect is small. In addition, the method of applying a coloring agent to the surface of a precious metal or using plating has a drawback in that these are easily peeled off and lack in durability, and it is difficult to produce an elegant color tone.

It is exposed, so that a pattern with a different color tone from the surface precious metal appears. The color tone of the pattern can be made different by changing the irradiation time and intensity of the laser beam and changing the exposed layer. According to laser marking, high-mix low-volume production can be performed inexpensively, easily, and quickly.

In this case, since the amount of the noble metal may be small, it is possible to obtain a molded article that is relatively inexpensive and has decorativeness and durability.

This laminated plate 6 is cut into a circular shape having an appropriate size, and the surface on the Pt side is irradiated with a laser beam from a YAG (yttrium-aluminum-garnet) laser generator 7 to mark a pattern 8 on the surface (see FIG. 4). ).
Marking with a laser beam is performed by exposing the second layer 2a of pure gold or by changing the intensity of the marking, or by using the 18th gold third layer.
The color tone can be changed depending on whether the layer 3a is exposed (see FIG. 5). Although a three-layer structure is used in this example, a complex color tone can be obtained by providing any number of metal layers of the same type or of other types. Alternatively, the Pt layer can be scraped off with a laser beam to obtain a wide gold-colored portion.

Clamp between two resin plates 12 made of transparent acrylic with a thickness of 3 mm 1
It was heated to 80 ° C. and hot-pressed to obtain a composite body 13 (see FIG. 9). This composite 13 is heated to 140 ° C. in an electric heating furnace and pressure-molded to make a brush stand with a diameter of 60 mm and a height of 100 mm.
Was produced (see FIG. 10). The formed brush stand 14 was buffed to eliminate surface roughness. This brush stand 14
The surface is white, and the pattern is three-dimensionally expressed on the surface by the layered colors of pure gold and 18 gold, and it retains the gracefulness in terms of decoration, and has commercial value and property value.
And because the surface is covered with resin and wear and corrosion of precious metals are prevented, it can be used as daily necessities,
Since the precious metal can be seen through the resin, most of it looks like it is made of precious metal, giving a luxurious feeling for the cost.
