Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は人工肛門用カツプリング、更に詳しく
は、人工肛門袋（パウチを含む、以下同様）を医
療グレード接着剤パツドに連結するためのカツプ
リング、とくに、それに限定するものではない
が、ループ状人工肛門形成で一般に用いられてい
るような75〜100mm領域の直径を持つカツプリン
グに関する。
従来技術と発明の解決しようとする課題 全ての人工肛門用器具の着用に際して、着用者
の敏感な小孔周辺領域にわずかな圧力も加えるこ
となく、人工肛門袋を取付けられることが望まれ
ている。特にループ状人工肛門の場合、人工肛門
袋を接着剤パツドへ連結するカツプリングは、小
孔周辺領域に適用した場合にも、実質上何の加圧
力あるいは引張力も伴わずに、人工肛門袋の着脱
を可能ならしめることが重要である。
発明の構成と効果 本発明が提供する人工肛門用カツプリングは、
２つの協同作動する、医療グレード接着剤パツド
への取付用カツプリング要素と人工肛門袋への取
付用カツプリング要素を包含し、ここで該カツプ
リング要素のそれぞれは閉ループ形状を有し、か
つ当該カツプリングの中心に位置する小孔用口の
まわりをとりまく先細部材を有しており、該先細
部材は半径方向の外方へ先細になつて、かつカツ
プリング軸に対して垂直に位置するフラツト面を
有しており、さらに先細部材に対して締めつける
ことができるクランプ手段を包含し、該クランプ
手段は先細部材をそのフラツト面とフラツト面が
向かい合うような状態で結合せしめることによ
り、着用者に対して加圧力あるいは引張力を与え
ず、２つのカツプリング要素の着脱を可能ならし
めることを特徴とするのである。
以下、添付図面に基づき本発明のカツプリング
について具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれらの
具体例に限定されるものではない。
第１および２図はそれぞれ、本発明カツプリン
グの一例を示す正面図および第１図の−線に
おける部分断面図、 第３図は第２図の組立カツプリングの周囲部を
拡大した断面図、 第４図はクランプ手段構成部の正面図、および
第５図は第３図において、その本発明カツプリン
グを着用者へ容易に取付けたりあるいは支持ベル
トもしくは革ひもから容易に分離できるようにす
る構造体を設けた状を示す断面図である。
かかる図面において、同じ参照番号は同じ部分
を示す。
図示の本発明カツプリングは、閉ループ形状の
袋側カツプリング要素２０を包含し、該カツプリ
ング要素２０は合成プラスチツク材料（たとえば
EVA）から成形してもよく、また体側カツプリ
ング要素４０と協同作動するようになつている。
本発明カツプリングは丸い環状形が好ましいが、
卵形または他の通常の閉ループ形状であつてもよ
い。なお、説明の簡略化のため、ここでは環状形
のカツプリングについて説明する。これらの２つ
のカツプリング要素２０，４０は組立て状態にお
いて、クランプ手段６０によつて結合している。
袋側カツプリング要素２０は環状形で、小孔用
口１８の周囲をとりまいている。袋側カツプリン
グ要素２０は実質的に円筒形のシユート２２と、
半径方向の外方へ延びるフランジ部２４を有す
る。フランジ部２４は、人工肛門袋（図示せず）
を固定しうる面２６を有する。該面２６に通常の
方法で人工肛門袋を固定することができる。
またシユート部２２から半径方向の外方へ先細
部材２８が延びている。この先細部材２８は、カ
ツプリング軸１９（第２図）に対して垂直に位置
する１つの面（フラツト面）２７と、該面２７に
対して一定角度の面２９で境界を成している。か
かる面２７と２９の角度は約３〜7゜、好ましくは
5゜であつてよい。シユート部２２は、その一端に
半径方向の外方へ突出するリム２３を有してい
る。リム２３は、軸１９に対して実質的垂直な面
２３ａを有する。
一方、体側カツプリング要素４０もEVA合成
プラスチツク材料から作つてもよく、また１回成
形作業で作つてもよい。体側カツプリング要素４
０は、フランジ部４４、立上り部４２、および袋
側カツプリング要素２０の先細部材２８に対して
補足的な構造の半径方向の外方へ延びる部材４８
を包含する。部材４８が有する１つの面（フラツ
ト面）４７は、カツプリング軸１９に対して垂直
に位置し、他の面４９は面４７に対して約３〜7゜
（好ましくは5゜）の角度に位置している。立上り
部４２は、内方に延びるフレキシブルな屈撓性シ
ール細片４６を有し、該シール細片４６は図示の
如くシユート部２２がリム２３と協同作動して、
確実かつ有効なシールを付与し、液逃散を防止す
る。シール細片４６の大きさは、シユート部２２
の円筒外面と立上り部４２の円筒内面の間隔が約
0.02インチ（0.5mm）なるように設定すればよい。
第４図に示すクランプ手段６０は、断面形がＵ
形の溝を有する開閉可能なリング状クランプから
なる。クランプ手段６０は、一対の壁体６２，６
４および基部６６を有する。壁体６２，６４の内
部面６５，６３は、面２９および４９の角度と実
質的に等しい角度で内方に傾斜している。
カツプリング要素２０および４０を共に強固に
クランプするため、クランプ手段（リング）６０
を、その壁体６２，６４が部材２８および４８を
抱き込むように周囲をとりまいて設置し、次いで
フツク６７をキヤツチ６８に留めて該クランプ手
段６０を閉鎖する。
クランプ手段６０は、互いに対向する直径上の
２箇所に、半径方向に延びるラグ７０とその穴７
２を有している。かかる直径対向端の穴７２は、
要すればベルトまたは革ひも（図示せず）の取付
けを可能ならしめる。別の配列として、あるいは
上記に加えて、カツプリング要素４０の周囲の、
好ましくは互いに対向する直径上の２箇所に、半
径方向に延びる矢じり４５はを一体化して設けて
もよい。この矢じり４５は、ベルトまたは革ひも
と協同作動するためである。
本発明カツプリングを使用する場合、人工肛門
袋を取付けた袋側カツプリング要素２０を、医療
グレード接着剤パツドで着用者の体に貼着した体
側カツプリング要素４０に嵌合して、面４７と２
７を接触せしめる。次いで、部材２８および４８
の周囲縁にクランプ手段６０を嵌合してまきつ
け、フツク６７をキヤツチ６８に係留して閉鎖す
る。このようにクランプ手段６０は２つのカツプ
リング要素２０，４０を結合せしめるが、部材２
８および４８の先細形状およびＵ形溝の配置に基
づき、クランプ圧の適用によつて、触れると痛い
小孔周辺領域に対して力が加わるということはな
い。
本発明は、上述の具体例および説明から構成さ
れるが、これらに限定されることなく、他の適当
な改変をなしうることが理解されよう。

図、第２図は第１図の−線における部分断面
図、第３図は第２図の左端部を拡大した断面図、
第４図は第３図に示すクランプ手段の全体正面
図、および第５図は第３図のカツプリングにおい

ンプ手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ ２つの協同作動する、医療グレード接着剤パ
    ツドへの取付用カツプリング要素と人工肛門袋へ
    の取付用カツプリング要素を包含し、ここで該カ
    ツプリング要素のそれぞれは閉ループ形状を有
    し、かつ中心に位置する小孔用口のまわりをとり
    まく先細部材を有しており、該先細部材は半径方
    向の外方へ先細になつて、かつカツプリング軸に
    対して垂直に位置するフラツト面を有しており、
    さらに先細部材に対して締めつけることができる
    クランプ手段を包含し、該クランプ手段は先細部
    材をそのフラツト面とフラツト面が向かい合うよ
    うな状態で結合せしめることにより、着用者に対
    して加圧力あるいは引張力を与えず、２つのカツ
    プリング要素の着脱を可能ならしめることを特徴
    とする人工肛門用カツプリング。 ２ クランプ手段が、Ｕ形断面の溝を有している
    請求項第１項記載の人工肛門用カツプリング。 ３ Ｕ形溝の内側壁体が先細部材の先細面に対し
    て補足的に先細となつている請求項第２項記載の
    人工肛門用カツプリング。 ４ クランプ手段がフツクおよびキヤツチ構造に
    よつて閉鎖しうるものである請求項第１項または
    第２項記載の人工肛門用カツプリング。 ５ クランプ手段または一方のカツプリング要素
    にベルトを取付けるための手段を設けた請求項第
    １項、第２項、第３項または第４項記載の人工肛
    門用カツプリング。
