させる水平移動機構を形成し、また各室には、被
洗浄物を上面に載置し各室から移動室まで移動さ
せる上下移動台を形成し、この上下移動台には
各々支持体を上方に突出し、移動室と各室との連
通口を被覆密閉している蓋体を、支持体で突き上
げ開放し得るものとするとともに上下移動台に
は、被洗浄物を移動室内に位置させた状態で、連
通口を密閉し得る遮蔽体を形成し、上下移動台の
支持体が、導入室、洗浄室、導出室のいずれかの
連通口を開放する過程では、他の連通口の蓋体は
閉止状態であり、導入室および導出室は、洗浄室
とは蓋体または遮蔽体により連通を常に遮断され
ているものである事を特徴とする洗浄装置。
