(Problems to be solved by the invention) Conventional roofing soil made by mixing clay with susa hardens relatively quickly, so it must be kneaded on site immediately before use, but depending on the site, it may be difficult to obtain materials such as clay. There were problems such as it was difficult in some cases and required equipment and labor for on-site kneading work. In addition, it was common practice to apply a tough layer to the surface of roofing soil that is visible from the outside, but since the properties of roofing soil are different from those of roofing soil, the adhesive force between them is not only small, but also However, there were problems such as the binding often cracking or peeling due to changes in temperature.

(Means for Solving the Problems) However, the present invention uses a mixture of clay and sand as the main material, and mixes lime, a binder, a coloring agent, a hardening retarder, and water and kneads the mixture to form a roofing soil composition. By doing so, the above-mentioned conventional problems have been solved.

The roofing soil composition is usually put into a synthetic resin bag or the like in an appropriate amount (for example, 20 kg to 50 kg) and sealed. In this case, the synthetic resin bag must not be breathable, and for example, a vinyl chloride bag, a polypropylene bag, or a laminate bag of vinyl chloride film and polyethylene film is used.

As the hardening retarder, for example, a mixture of saccharin (around 0.4%) and molasses (around 0.2%) is used, but the important thing is that it does not harden for a long time (at least 30 days) under the condition of air exclusion, and is inexpensive and easy to use. Various types of fibers (natural or synthetic fibers) can be used as the binding material, but cut pieces of ivy or cloth buried in old tires may also be used. As the colorant, for example, an inexpensive material such as oil residue and the like, which can be mixed into clay or the like and has a large coloring effect, is used. Water is used to keep the composition soft and is usually 30% to 40%. Clay also contains a considerable amount of water, so 5% of the product weight is

(Example) Add 100 kg of sand to 215 kg of clay, 45 kg of lime, 42 kg of oil residue (coloring agent), 5 kg of cut ivy pieces (binder), 2 kg of saccharin as an effect retardant, and 1 kg of honey, and then add 30 kg of water and stir. When mixed, 440 kg of the roofing soil composition of the present invention was obtained. The roofing soil composition product of the present invention is completed by weighing 40 kg of the composition and sealing it in a vinyl chloride bag.

(Effect of the invention) That is, according to this invention, since a mixture of clay, sand, lime, binder, hardening retardant, and colorant is mixed with an appropriate amount of water, the roof can be used as is without any modification on site. Not only can it be used as soil, but by packaging it and sealing it off from the outside air, it retains its softness for a long time (for example, 30 days or more), making it durable for use. Therefore, operations can be streamlined, materials can be ordered in a reasonable manner, and materials can be used without waste. For example, if there is any leftover material, it can be stored in a sealed container and used for the next construction project. Furthermore, by packaging the product in a fixed amount, it becomes easier to handle during transportation, and there is an advantage that a special container is not required when transporting the product to the roof.
