でなく、ネジ止め作業員を確保しなければならず

こで、これを解消するために、別の取付手段とし
て、ヒートウエルダーもしくは超音波ウエルダー
による取付方法が採用されている。ところがヒー
トウエルダーを採用した場合、ヒート加工の時間
が長い上に、設備が小型でヒーターコントロール
が難しく、しかも作業者が火傷をするなどの欠点
がある。一方、超音波ウエルダーを採用した場
合、加工時間は短い反面、設備が高価となるばか
りでなく超音波による人体への影響を無視できな
いなどの問題があつた。

題があつた。

[課題を解決するための手段] 本発明に係るプラスチツクフレームへの板状体
の取付方法は、受治具にプラスチツクフレームを
設置し、該フレームの受部上に形成した突起を、
板状体の取付用の透孔に貫通した状態で該フレー
ムの受部に板状体をセツトした後、所定の開き
角、深さ及びピツチを備えた連続する山形歯を形
成したパンチで、山形歯が突起の頭部に喰込むと
同時に頭部の衝撃力が該歯の開き角によつて緩和
されると同時に頭部を喰わえ込んだ状態となるよ
うな冷間プレスを行なつて、前記プラスチツク突
起の頭部表面に連続した山形部を形成する如く冷
間カシメしたものである。
