従来、プラスチツクフレームにプリント基板を

でなく、ネジ止め作業員を確保しなければならず
組立てコストが高くなるなどの難点があつた。そ
こで、これを解消するために、別の取付手段とし
て、ヒートウエルダーもしくは超音波ウエルダー
による取付方法が採用されている。ところがヒー
トウエルダーを採用した場合、ヒート加工の時間
が長い上に、設備が小型でヒーターコントロール
が難しく、しかも作業者が火傷をするなどの欠点
がある。一方、超音波ウエルダーを採用した場
合、加工時間は短い反面、設備が高価となるばか
りでなく超音波による人体への影響を無視できな

置したプレスで、例えばパワープレス、エアープ
レス、油圧プレスなどが使用される。プレス5は
パンチホルダー6と、該ホルダー6に垂下する如
く取付けたパンチ7と、該ホルダー6に垂下し、
周りに圧着スプリング9を装着したストリツパー
ガイド8と、該ガイド8に案内されて上昇、下降
するストリツパー10からなる。パンチ7は各突
起4と対応した上方に設置し、その先端は頂部が
尖鋭な連続する山形歯7aを有しており、歯の平
面形状は例えば横筋、縦筋あるいは斜筋型、格子
型、斜格子型などとなつている(第3図a〜c参

突起4の頭部に山形部11が形成されたら、パン
チ7を上昇させる。この時、ストリツパー10で
板状体3を押えておき、プラスチツクフレーム2
と板状体3がパンチ7と一緒に上昇しないように
