Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent strain or release due to a change with the elapse of time, by a method wherein resin coating is applied to the back surface of a metal panel and a ridge or projection is provided to the bonding surface of a resin case and the resin coating is brought into contact with the ridge or projection to be welded by the fine vibration of an ultrasonic welding horn. CONSTITUTION:Resin coating 2 is applied to the bonding surface 1a of a metal panel 1 and ridges 4, 5 are provided to the bonding surface 3a of a resin case 3. Subsequently, the back surface 3b of the resin case 3 is set to an exclusive lower mold 6 and the outer periphery of the resin case 3 is fixed by a fixing jig 6a. The surface of the resin coating 2 of the metal panel 1 sucked to the lower end of an ultrasonic welding horn 7 is brought into contact with the ridges 4, 5 and the horn 7 is pressed and subjected to ultrasonic vibration. By this method, the metal panel 1 is finely vibrated in a horizontal direction, and the surface of the resin coating 2 and the leading end parts of the ridges 4, 5 are welded by the heat of friction.
