本発明は、ガスバーナの作動に伴い生ずる熱気
を加熱調理室内に導かせる式の主としてオーブン

にした式のものは知られ、又該加熱調理室内に熱
気を供給するバーナの熱気を利用して給湯出来る
ようにしたものも知られる。(実公昭3−9849号

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
然し乍ら、従来知られているものは、該加熱調
理室で、加熱調理を行なうときにも給湯側に熱を
奪われる状態にあり、従つて加熱調理室側での温
度が不足ぎみとなり、これを補うには熱量の大き
なバーナを使用しなければならず、不経済である
の不具合がある。本発明は、かゝる不具合のない

ニツトを設けると共に、該熱交換器を該燃焼室内
に設け、且つ該燃焼室内に熱気を該熱交換器を通
らないで前記加熱調理室に導く通路を設けると共
に、該燃焼室内の熱気を該熱交換器を通つて外部
に排気させる排気通路を設け、更に該排気通路に
湯沸器ユニツトでの湯沸を行なうとき作動する排

気を該熱交換器に導いて湯沸器ユニツトで湯沸を

に対向する燃焼板6aと、その前方の混合室6b
とから成り、これにガス通路10に連なるガスノ
ズル11と、燃焼用空気を導く燃焼フアン12と
を備えて、全体として強制燃焼型に構成されるよ
うにした。図面で13は該ガス通路10に介入さ
れる電磁作動のガス弁を示し、該ガス弁13は、
該本体1の前面の操作パネル14上の押ぼたん式
その他の操作子15に応動する調理用スイツチ1
6を介してその作動電源17に連なるもので、そ
の回路は例えば第3図示の通りであり、かくて該

で湯沸を行なうとき作動する排気フアンを設けた
ので、熱気循環フアンを作動させ且つガスバーナ
を作動させれば、加熱調理室内で加熱調理を行う
ことが出来、又排気フアンを作動させ且つガスバ
ーナを作動させれば、バーナの作動に伴い該燃焼
室に生じる熱気を該熱交換器に導いて湯沸器ユニ
ツトで湯沸を行うことが出来、特に加熱調理室で
調理を行うとき、熱交換器側を通ることなく燃焼
室の熱気を加熱調理室に導く事が出来て、熱交換
器に熱が取られるようなことがなく、従つて、加
熱調理室側に必要充分な熱気を供給出来て、従来
