室内に設け、且つ該燃焼室内の熱気を該熱交換器
を通らないで前記加熱調理室に導く通路を設ける
と共に、該燃焼室内の熱気を該熱交換器を通つて
外部に排気させる排気通路を設け、更に該熱交換
器の熱気入口側を閉じる状態と前記通路を閉じる
状態とに切換え自在のシヤツターを設け成る。

2とを備えて、全体として強制燃焼型に構成され
るようにした。図面で13は該ガス通路10に介
入される電磁式ガス弁を示し、該ガス弁13は、
該本体1の前面の操作パネル14上の押ぼたん式
その他の操作子15に応動する調理用スイツチ1
6を介してその作動電源17に連なるもので、そ
の回路は例えば第3図示の通りであり、かくして
該スイツチ16の閉路によれば該弁13が開いて
該バーナ6が作動されるようにした。

切換え自在のシヤツターを設けたので、調理器本
体に設けた加熱調理室で調理を行うときに熱交換
器側に熱が取られるようなことなく、従つて加熱
調理室側に必要充分な熱気を供給出来て、従来例
に見られる不具合を解消出来るの効果がある。
