<Conventional technology> Conventionally, hot water is produced by reusing the exhaust gas or exhaust heat of a stove that emits radiant heat and hot air through combustion, and the hot water is introduced into a radiator via a circulation pump to provide hot water heating. Heaters that also do this are known.

However, since this system performs stove heating using radiation or hot air and hot water heating at the same time, the range of temperature control is small and it is difficult to control the temperature. In the end, the only way to control the temperature was by adjusting the thermal power, which was inconvenient.

As seen in Japanese Patent No. 58-52450, a system was proposed in which stove-only operation and hot water heating operation could be selected by switching the exhaust system path.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, even with this device, when switching from stove-only operation to hot water heating operation, water enters the hot water heating heat exchanger by the circulation pump, but at this time, a large amount of water is generated. It makes a boiling sound, gives a sense of danger, and may even damage the heat exchanger for heating hot water.

The cause of this is that even if the exhaust system path is closed to prevent exhaust gas from flowing into the hot water heating heat exchanger side, the hot water heating heat exchanger will overheat due to heat conduction and radiant heat over a long period of time. This is because water is heated to a high temperature and low temperature water flows into it.

<Means for solving the problem> The exhaust gas or exhaust heat from the burner is transferred to the stove heat exchanger through which the exhaust gas or exhaust heat is distributed between the heat exchange room side equipped with the hot water heating heat exchanger and the exhaust path side. In a heater that is equipped with a switching device that switches between hot water heating and independent stove heating, when either one of the hot water heating operation switch and the stove independent operation switch is turned on in conjunction with the switching operation of the switching device, the other switch is turned on. Further, the stove independent operation switch is connected in parallel with a first heat sensitive device that opens when it detects a temperature higher than the set temperature of the hot water heating heat exchanger, and the stove independent operation switch and the first heat sensitive device are connected in parallel. An electromagnetic pump, an ignition device, a combustion blower, and a circulation pump are connected in series with the device and in parallel with each other, and a second heat-sensitive device having the same function as the first heat-sensitive device is connected in series with the circulation pump. This relates to a control device for a heater.

As a result, the exhaust gas or exhaust heat is discharged from the stove heat exchanger 3 → the combustion-only exhaust port 5 → the exhaust path 14 → the exhaust device 15, and therefore the entire stove heat exchanger 3 is exhausted by the exhaust gas or exhaust heat. Once sufficiently heated, the stove will operate independently by emitting radiant heat or warm air to the surrounding area.

By operating the stove alone, the surrounding hot water heating heat exchanger 17 etc. are heated by the heat conduction and radiant heat, but the stored water or hot water is not circulated, so the temperature is locally raised. Therefore, the first heat sensitive body 32 and the second heat sensitive body 32' detect this and open, but since the stove 30 for independent stove operation is closed, the stove continues to operate independently.

However, when high temperature is detected, the first heat sensitive body 32 and the second
Since the heat sensitive body 32' is open, the circulation pump 19 is not started immediately, and once the heat is extinguished or goes in the direction of extinguishing, the temperature of the hot water heating heat exchanger 17 decreases, and this is transferred to the first heat sensitive body 32 and the second heat sensitive body. 32' detects this and closes, so that re-combustion or large-fire combustion is started, and the circulation pump 19 is also operated, so that the hot water heated and heated by the hot water heating heat exchanger 17 is continuously heated. The hot water is circulated to the radiator 20 and hot water heating operation is performed.

<Effect of the invention> The exhaust gas or exhaust heat from the burner is transferred to the stove heat exchanger 3 through which the exhaust gas or exhaust heat is distributed between the heat exchange chamber 16 side equipped with the hot water heating heat exchanger 17 and the exhaust path 14 side. In a heater that is provided with a switching device 9 that switches between hot water heating and stove-only heating, either the hot water heating operation switch 31 or the stove independent operation switch 30 is switched in conjunction with the switching operation of the switching device 9. Switch 3 is provided so that when one is turned on, the other is turned off.
0 is connected in parallel with the first heat sensitive device 32 which opens when detecting a temperature higher than the set temperature of the heat exchanger 17 for heating hot water, and is further connected in series with the stove independent operation switch 30 and the first heat sensitive device 32 and in parallel with each other. The electromagnetic pump 26, the ignition device 27, the combustion blower 23, and the circulation pump 19 are connected, and the first heat-sensitive device 3
Since the second heat sensitive device 32', which has the same effect as 2, is connected in series to the circulation pump 19, when switching from stove-only operation to hot water heating operation, the temperature of the hot water heating heat exchanger is first lowered and then the temperature of the hot water heating heat exchanger is lowered. Since the water or hot water is circulated, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of loud boiling noise, which may create a sense of danger, and also prevent damage to the heat exchanger for heating hot water.
