【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は加熱調理機能とマイクロ波調理機能とスチーム
調理機能と有してこれらを自在に選択する式の加熱調理

従来この種装置においては、マイクロ波調理機能とスチ
ーム調理機能とが同時に選択され得る式を一般としたも
ので、か・るものではその同時作動に際し加熱庫内のス
チームがマイクロ波を吸収してマイクロ波調理の進行を
阻害し、かくて調理時間が増大して非能率である不都合

本考案なか・る不都合のない装置を得ることをその目的
としたもので、加熱庫１に、加熱調理用のガスバーナそ
の他の加熱源２と、マイクロ波調理用のマイクロ波発生
源３と、スチーム調理用のスチーム発生源４とを備える
式のものに於いて、該スチーム発生源４を該マイクロ波
発生源３の出力で加熱される水槽４ａ内の熱湯を導管４
ｂを介して加熱庫１内に導いて蒸気化するものに構成す
ると共に、該マイクロ波発生源３を備えるマイクロ波照
射室６に前記加熱庫１内にマイクロ波を照射する第１の
照射口６ａと、水槽４ａにマイクロ波を照射する第２の
照射口６ｂとを設け、面照射口６ａ、６ｂのいずれか１

本考案によるときは、マイクロ波発生源３を備えるマイ

れによって両調理が同時に行われる従来のものの有する
前記した不都合をなくし得られ、特にその蓋部材５ｂで
面照射口６ａ、６ｂを選択して両調理の切換を行うので
、マイクロ波調理と、スチーム調理とを交互に行う場合
等に於いて該マイクロ波発生源３は作動を続は得られ、
調理中マイクロ波発生源３をオン、オフしないので、起
動時にマイクロ波発生源３にか・るストレスが少なく、
これによってマイクロ波発生源３の使用寿命を長びかせ
