However, since the emergency staircase 30 of the type fixed to the exterior wall is permanently installed on the outside of the building, it requires a dedicated space even though it is a facility that is rarely used on a daily basis. Since it is exposed to the outside, it has the disadvantage of significantly interfering with the overall appearance of the building. Additionally, in this type of device, a movable platform is installed on a part of the outer wall so that it can rotate vertically, an evacuation device consisting of a movable ladder is stored in the movable platform, and the emergency movable platform is rotated. There is also an evacuation device that is located horizontally to the outer wall, extends the evacuation equipment downward, and connects movable platforms for each floor to form an evacuation passage. However, in these cases, the back side of the movable platform is exposed as part of the exterior wall, which not only spoils the beauty of the building, but also allows rainwater to easily enter through the edge of the storage opening, causing stains and malfunctions. In addition, since the base of the lower end side had to be rotated and installed in a horizontal state, the holding device tended to be large-scale. The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the object of the present invention is to store the device inside the building during normal times, and only in an emergency, it can be slid toward the outside wall and protruded horizontally for use. The aim is to provide a built-in emergency staircase that can

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In Figures 1 to 5, the built-in emergency staircase is formed inside each floor of a building 1, and includes a storage part 4 in the shape of an oblong housing with an opening 3 on the outer wall 2 side, and a storage part 4 horizontally connected to the storage part 4. a movable landing 5 that is assembled to the storage section 4 so as to be stored in the state and slidably pulled out from the opening 3;
It is comprised of a rotatable staircase part 6 which is horizontally attached with one end pivoted to the lower surface of the staircase part. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the housing 4 has a support frame 8 fixed to a base 7 such as a beam of the building 1 to hold a movable landing 5. The movable landing 5 is provided with pulleys 9a on both sides, and rails 9b are formed on both sides of the support frame 8.
A wire 11 wound around a drum 10 suspended from the base 7 is connected to the rear end edge to control the sliding speed at the time of drawing out. , when storing drum 1
By operating 0 and winding the wire 11, the retracting operation can be automatically performed from the indoor side. Further, the support frame 8 is provided with a starting device (not shown) made of a spring or the like to facilitate the start of sliding of the movable landing 5. The movable landing 5 is further provided with a closing plate 12 at its front end to close the opening 3 so as to substantially coincide with the outer wall 2 when it is pulled into the storage section 4. The gap between the inner circumferential edge of the opening 3 and the outer circumferential edge of the closing plate 12 is provided with a gasket so as not to obstruct the sliding movement of the emergency movable landing 5 and to prevent rainwater from normally infiltrating into the inside of the building. It is filled with sealant, etc. The staircase part 6 which is attached substantially horizontally to the movable landing 5 and rotates downward when in use has an entrance/exit 13 formed in the movable landing 5 with its root side as a pivot.
The movable landing 5 slides and is pulled out toward the outer wall 2 by being pivotally mounted nearby and connected to a wire rope 14 wound around a winding device 21 formed on the movable landing 5 at its tip end. In this state, the winding device 21 is unlocked, and by its braking action, when the staircase portion 6 rotates in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. is controlled so that its leading end side lands softly on the movable landing 5 provided on the lower floor, thereby forming a stair passage having a constant inclination angle between the movable landings 5 on the upper and lower floors. Further, on the upper surface of the movable landing 5, a foldable fence 15 is formed to stand around the movable landing. This foldable fence 15 is connected at its base via a locking tool 16, and when stored, the foldable fence 15 is folded down onto the upper surface of the movable landing 5, and the movable landing When it protrudes, the locking tool 16 is automatically unlocked and is erected upward to surround the surrounding area. Similar to the above-mentioned foldable fence 15, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. A foldable handrail section 18 is provided which is stored in a folded position, and when the tip of the staircase section 6 lands on the movable landing 5 on the lower floor, the locking tool 19 is automatically engaged. When the stop is released, handrail portions 18 are erected on both sides of the footboard 17. In addition, the above-mentioned foldable fence 15 and handrail part 1
8 is for making the storage part 4 as narrow as possible to utilize the inside of the building more effectively, and is not limited to a foldable type, but may be one that can be extended in the vertical direction. The present embodiment is configured as described above, so that in order to install an emergency staircase by pulling it out from the storage part 4 formed inside the building to the outer wall 2 of the building 1, it is necessary to Operate a control panel (not shown) installed in the room by direct operation by a person who knows about an emergency situation such as emergency situation, or by indirect operation by a person in the security room who has received a report of an abnormal situation. As a result, the movable landings 5 installed on each floor are activated, and begin sliding all at once, and are pulled out to a state where they protrude from the outer wall 2 of the building 1. Of course, at this time, when the movable landing 5 is unlocked, the locking device (not shown) of the emergency door 20 near the storage section 4 is also unlocked, allowing free entry and exit from each floor. When the movable landing 5 of each floor is stationary and fixed in a state protruding from the outer wall 2, the stair portion 6 held horizontally on the movable landing 5
is disengaged from the winding device 21, and rotates toward the movable landing 5 on the lower floor while the rotation speed is regulated by the wire rope 14 with the base side as a pivot. The tip side is softly landed to form an inclined staircase passageway between the movable landings 5, 5 on the upper and lower floors. Incidentally, at the same time as or immediately after the rotation of the staircase part 6, the folding type fence 15 provided in a reclining manner on the movable landing 5 is erected and fixed upward, and its periphery is enclosed. Furthermore, when the stairway part 6 is rotated and its tip part lands on the movable landing 5 on the lower floor, the handrail part 18 which is in a collapsed state, similar to the above-mentioned foldable fence 15, is rotated.
The locking of the locking tool is released, and the handrail portion 18 is erected, surrounding both sides of the footboard 17, and is installed in a state where it can be raised and lowered. Evacuees can quickly open the emergency door 20, move onto the movable landing 5, follow the stairs 6, and evacuate to a safe place on the upper or lower floor. The emergency stairs used were operated in the opposite manner to the above operations,
That is, the handrail part 18 of the staircase part 6 is turned from standing to falling, and the wire rope 14 is wound up by the winding device 21, and is horizontally positioned and latched on the movable landing 5 on the upper floor side. Furthermore, the folding fence 15 erected on the movable landing 5 is unlatched, moved to the lying state again and locked, and then the drum 10 in the storage section 4 is operated to wind up the wire 11. , the movable landing 5 is pulled in until its closing plate 12 substantially coincides with the outer wall 2, and is stored and locked by the closing device.

As explained above, according to the built-in emergency staircase of the present invention, it is normally stored inside the building and is not exposed to the outside, and in case of an emergency, it is installed along the outer wall with a simple operation and can be safely ascended and descended. You can get the emergency stairs. In addition, emergency stairs stored inside a building can be pulled out and retracted in a horizontal sliding manner, making them easy to operate, and allowing for safe ascending and descending with less shaking when extended. I can do it. Furthermore, the movable landing occupies a very small proportion of the outer wall, so the aesthetic appearance of the building is maintained, and there is little risk of staining or malfunction as there is no intrusion of rainwater etc. from the periphery of the opening.
