特にリ−ド部3にコイル導線端部を細かく巻きつける作
業は手作業で行わなければならず、又、この巻き締め力
にバラツキがあるとリ−ド部3の太さに大小が生じ、プ
リント板への実装の際、スル−ホ−ルへの挿入が不可能
となる場合もあり非常に工数がかかっていた。又、最近
は部品の小型化と、プリント板への高密度実装が要求さ
れる為、表面実装に適したコイルが強く要求されてい
る。
