Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize common use of bobbin for radial or axial type transformer, reduce a number of parts and save the cost of metal molds by changing the position for implanting pin terminals in the same bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The pin holes for insertion of terminal pins 18 to which the lead wires are connected at the lower surface of the one collar 15 and the pin holes 19, 22 for insertion of terminal pins 18 to which the lead wires are connected at the side surface of the other collar 20 and the one collar 15. If a transformer providing, for example, small fitting area is required from the point of view of electrical characteristic and shape, an axial system coil can be formed by connecting lead wires to the terminal pins 18 implanted to the lower surface of the one collar 15. 回路に大きな影響を与えている。そのため、回路設計に
は十分な配慮が必要であり、影響の出ない位置、構造が
められる。又形状的にも第1図のラジアル方式だと取り
付は面積が大きく高さが低く、第2図のアキシャル方式
は取り付は面積が小さく高さが高い等の特長がある。そ
の決定は各ユーザーによって異なりその都度、要求に合
った変成器を提供しているのが実情である。結果として
部品点数が多くなり全型代も高くつくという欠点を有し
ていた。
