護ケース8に挿入し、その後に保護ケース8の開
口部に底板10を挿入し完成する。この保護ケー
ス8にはリブ9が設けられており、また底板10
の外周には段差11が設けられており、組立ての
際底板10は保護ケース8の開口部を外部に押し
広げながら入り段差11がリブ9を通過後もとに
戻る構造となつている。このように底板10は保
護ケース8の内部にあるため、トランスの基板へ
実装する際は基板との接触は保護ケース8と底板

め、非常に精度よくプリント基板へ面実装するこ
とが可能となり、実装時における端子浮き不良
や、接着不良等の問題を改善することが可能とな
