(Prior art) Conventionally, for example, a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet with a printed pattern as a front material, a thermoplastic synthetic resin foam as an intermediate, and a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet as a lining have been used to determine the printed pattern on the front sheet. At the welding portion forming a smooth surface provided at the outer contour line portion and the image line portion within the pattern, the foam is bonded together by an adhesive layer formed by melting the foam, and is fused and cut at the outer contour line portion. A synthetic resin decorative piece forming the main body is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-28390.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in this structure, a synthetic resin sheet is used not only for the outer material but also for the lining, so even if the synthetic resin foam is interposed in the center, the entire Not only does it not necessarily have sufficient shape retention and solidity, but when attaching it to clothing, etc., if a method such as shading the periphery with sewing thread is used, the insulation of the thread hole is not necessarily strong. Therefore, for example, a tear is likely to occur in this part due to strong friction with the sewing thread, and if such a situation is repeated, this will spread and there is a risk that the decorative stopper may eventually peel off partially or completely from the above-mentioned attachment point. There were some problems. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a thermoplastic synthetic resin sponge on a felt lining made of thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, and a predetermined pattern or letters on the upper surface of the sponge. Polymerize the emblem cloth printed with the emblem, and after the polymer is completed, heat is applied while applying pressure from above to the part that will become the crushed part, and the lining sponge and the emblem cloth are melted to each other at that part. At the same time, a cut is made at the outer ring part to remove the excess part, and at the part that will become the crushed part after completion, the sponge melts and penetrates up to half the thickness of the felt, and at the outer ring part, the sponge melts and penetrates the entire thickness. The purpose of the present invention is to solve these problems by providing a method for manufacturing a watz pen, which is characterized by melting and infiltrating a watz pen.

After the polymer is completed, pressure and heat are applied from above to the portion 8 that will become the crushed portion and the portion 9 that will become the outer ring using a high-frequency welder, so that the felt 1 is formed at the portion 8 of the crushed portion and the portion 9 of the outer ring. , the sponge 2 and the emblem cloth 6 are high-frequency welded to each other, and then the outer ring portion 9 is cut and the excess portion 10 is removed to obtain the finished product A.
Especially when applying high frequency voltage using the welder mentioned above, as shown with dots in the figure, the sponge 2
This is melted and infiltrated up to half of the felt 1 at the crushing portion 8, and melted and infiltrated throughout the thickness of the felt 1 at the outer ring portion 9.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is as described above, the sponge melts and penetrates into the upper half of the emblem cloth and felt, and the emblem cloth, sponge, and felt are welded to each other in a crushed state. In addition, at the outer ring, the sponge melts and penetrates the entire thickness of the emblem cloth and felt, and the emblem cloth, sponge, and felt are welded to each other in the strongest groove-shaped crushed state, thereby forming a surface Of course, it is possible to obtain a badge with an emblem having an uneven surface, but in particular, in the present invention, since thermoplastic synthetic resin felt is used as the lining fabric, this makes it possible to make the lining fabric from a synthetic resin sheet. It is possible to improve the overall shape retention and solid taste compared to the above-mentioned known ones, and in addition, the watu pen obtained by the present invention has a synthetic resin whose periphery is melted and infiltrated throughout the thickness. The toughness is greatly increased by the resin, and when attaching the same part to clothing, for example, it is possible to use a strong thread to do so, and the cutting edge of the thread hole can also be tightened. It is durable and does not have the risk of causing tears and peeling of the patch pen due to strong friction with sewn bristles, unlike the above-mentioned known products, and thus the present invention sufficiently solves the above problems. This has the effect of solving the problem.
