【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、二輪車用シート表皮に関するもので
ある。

ツシヨン体に被覆可能な立体形状に形成されてい

個所のミシン目が意匠的効果を高めて商品価値を
著しく向上するものであるが、クツシヨン体への
被覆に伴つて継ぎ目が拡開し隙き間が生ずるとこ
ろから雨水が浸入してクツシヨン体を腐敗してし
まう欠点がある。これに対し、これ亦従来、表皮
材料の立体成形を縫着接合に代えて溶着接合によ
ることが行なわれている。この溶着接合では、継
ぎ目個所に全く隙き間が生じないようシート表皮
を成形することができるが、その反面ミシン目が
全く呈出しないため意匠性が損なわれてしまうも
のである。

することにより喰出量を制御することができ、ま
た押圧線上で例えば押圧棒dの押圧面に部分的な
欠落を設けることにより継ぎ目線に沿つて断続的
に突出させることが可能である。なお、表面側に
突出させるバリc1に加えて、縁辺側にもバリc2
少量喰み出させるようにしてもよい。
