In this conventional decorative member welded carpet, the decorative member 2A consists of one layer, and its color is different from the color of the fibers 11 of the carpet. Therefore, when welding the decorative member to the carpet,
At the boundary, the melted leather seeped into the cotton (an aggregate of fibers) on the carpet surface, and the colors were different, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

and a base material 12 that holds the fibers 11, and a decorative member 2 welded to the fibers 11.
In the decorative member welded carpet, the decorative member 2 is formed integrally with a lower layer 21 having a color that is the same as or similar to the color of the fibers 11 of the carpet, and a lower layer that is formed integrally on the surface of the lower layer 21. The upper layer 22 is made of a material having a melting point higher than that of the material to be used and has a desired color.

(1) Carpet One of the constituent elements of the decorative member welded carpet of the present invention is a carpet consisting of fibers and a base material that holds the fibers. As the carpet, a commonly used carpet can be used. That is, the shape of the carpet, the length of the fibers of the carpet, the color of the fibers, the material of the base material of the carpet, the material of the fibers, etc. are not particularly limited, and various ones can be selected depending on the purpose and use. However, when the decorative member is welded by high-frequency welding, the fiber material of the carpet must be one that generates heat and melts by the high-frequency welder. These materials include, for example, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, nylon, acrylic, and polyvinyl acetate. Also, it is preferable that the fibers of the carpet be long. Further, when welding is performed using a high frequency welder, the material of the base material is preferably a material that is not heated by high frequency, such as polyethylene.

(2) Decorative member Another component of the decorative member welded carpet of the present invention is a decorative member welded to the fibers of the carpet. The shape and material of the decorative member are not particularly limited, and various types can be selected depending on the purpose and use. Among the decorative members, at least the material of the lower layer described below is made of a material that can be welded to the fibers of the carpet. In particular, when a high-frequency welder is used for this welding, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, nylon, acrylic, or polyvinyl acetate, which can be melted by generating heat from the high-frequency welder, is used. Further, for this decorative member, vinyl chloride leather is usually used, whether or not it is foamed, and vinyl chloride leather whose upper layer is textured is preferable. This is because it represents a more luxurious feel.

The color of the underlayer is the same as or similar to the color of the carpet fibers. Here, the similar color may be one that makes the cotton-like oozing decorative member less noticeable. This color also includes transparency. Moreover, the color of the upper layer has a desired color. This color may be transparent or may be the same or similar color to the carpet fibers.

Although the thicknesses of the lower layer and the upper layer are not particularly limited, it is preferable that the lower layer is thicker than the upper layer. Reduces the amount of upper layer material seeping onto the carpet surface,
This is to reduce the influence of seepage from the upper layer.

The materials for the upper layer and the lower layer are not particularly limited, but
Since both layers are preferably formed integrally and have strong adhesive strength, the same material is usually used for both layers. The material constituting at least the lower layer is one that is welded to the fibers of the carpet. Further, when the welding method is by a high frequency welder, the lower layer may be heated and melted by the high frequency welder, and the upper layer may not be heated thereby. In this case, when welding is performed using a high-frequency welder, the upper layer will not ooze out. Further, it is preferable that the melting point of the material constituting the upper layer is higher than that of the material constituting the lower layer. In this case, the seepage of the upper layer can be reduced or eliminated, and the appearance can be improved.

The method of welding the decorative member is not particularly limited, and a method using a high frequency welder, a method using ultrasonic waves, a method using a hot plate, etc. can be used.
However, among these, a high-frequency welder is preferred because it is easy to sharpen the blade and can heat only the intermediate layer excluding the surface layer. As for this welding method, (1) a blade is attached to the welder mold of the decorative member, and after welding, the unwelded leather etc. can be peeled off, leaving only the decorative member in a predetermined shape; ) The decorative member cut into a predetermined shape can also be placed in a welder mold and welded. Furthermore, processing conditions for the high frequency welder may be those normally used in consideration of the material and the like.

The method for manufacturing the decorative member welded carpet is as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a vinyl chloride leather material 2' (40 mm x 30 mm) consisting of an upper layer 22' and a lower layer 21' integrally formed in advance was placed on top of the carpet 1. Then, of the vinyl chloride leather material 2', only the "A" shaped part,
Welding was performed using a welder mold 4 having the shape of an "A" cutting mold and a high-frequency welder 5, and at the same time, the letter "A" was cut out using a blade attached to the welder mold. Thereafter, the unwelded portion was peeled off to produce a carpet to which a decorative member 2 having the shape of "A" was welded as shown in FIG. The processing conditions for the high frequency welder are: pressure: 5Kg/cm 2 , current: 0.6A, energizing time: 1.5 seconds,
A voltage of 200V and a frequency of 27MHz were used.

The decorative member welded carpet manufactured as described above has a lower layer of blue color which is the same color as the fibers of the carpet, and the decorative member is made of grained vinyl chloride leather. In addition, the material of the upper layer of the decorative member has a melting point higher than the melting point of the material of the lower layer. Therefore, in this decorative member welded carpet, the seepage of the underlying leather is hardly noticeable and the appearance is extremely good. Moreover, the decorative member welded carpet has a high-class feel.

Therefore, in this decorative member welded carpet,
Even if the lower layer of the decorative member melts and seeps into the cotton of the carpet, the color of the lower layer is the same or similar to the color of the carpet fibers, and the melting point of the upper layer's constituent material is higher than that of the lower layer. The output is hardly noticeable. Therefore, the present decorative member welded carpet has a much better appearance than the conventional decorative member welded carpet.
