数を要すると共に作業場の環境衛生上の点でも好
ましくないほか、充分な接着強度も得られないも
のであつた。また、特に自動車への内装材の取付
けに際しては、自動車の内部部品として塩化ビニ
ル樹脂が多用されているので、高周波ウエルダー
による溶着を採用し度いところであるが、従来の
内装材では表皮材と上記塩化ビニル樹脂との間に
ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン等の発泡体が介在す
るので、高周波ウエルダーを使用することができ
ず、内装材の取付作業性の悪いものであつた。

エルダーによる溶着を採用できて内装材の取付作
業が一段と行い易く、作業環境も接着剤使用の場
合より改善されることになる。
