Claims (13)
- 1.大体においてハイブリッドネットワークを形成することのできる低分子量化 合物を含有しかつ少なくとも、少なくとも1個のエチレン系不飽和結合及び1個 のイソシアネート反応基を有する化合物から成る第一成分、第一成分と共重合す ることのできるエチレン系不飽和モノマーを含有する第二成分及びポリイソシア ネートである第三成分を含有する、樹脂射出成形法で使用するための組成物にお いて、該組成物が1000未満の分子量を有するモノマーからの組成物であり、 該組成物の第一成分が大体において、1分子当り大体において1個の末端ビニル 基及びさらに1分子当り大体において1個のイソシアネート反応基を有するモノ マーから成りかつ500未満の分子量を有することを特徴とする樹脂射出成形法 で使用するための組成物。
- 2.組成物が500未満の分子量を有するモノマーから成り、該組成物の第一成 分が400未満の分子量を有するモノマーから成る、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 3.イソシアネート反応基がヒドロキシル基である請求項1又は2記載の組成物 。
- 4.第一成分が次の一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ [式中Rは水素又はメチル基であり、R1は炭素原子又は3個を有するアルキレ ン基であり、nは1〜6の整数である]で示される、請求項1から3までのいず れか1項記載の組成物。
- 5.第二成分:第一成分の比が95:5〜5:95(重量)である、請求項1か ら4までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 6.第三成分が少なくとも平均1.7のイソシアネート基を有する、請求項1か ら5までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 7.第三成分が平均2.2〜2.7のイソシアネート基を有する、請求項1から 6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 8.第二成分がスチレン、p−メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエン、メチル−、エ チル−及びプロピルアタリレート又はメタクリレートの群から選択されている、 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 9.23℃で測定して1〜150mPa.sの粘度を有する請求項1から8まで のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 10.該組成物が第四成分2〜20重量%を含有し、同成分が2個以上のイソシ アネート反応基又は2個以上のエチレン不飽和結合を有しかつ500〜3000 の分子量を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 11.少なくとも1個のエチレン不飽和結合及び1個のイソシアネート反応基を 有する化合物から成る第一成分、第一成分と重合することのできる不飽和モノマ ーを含有する第二成分、及びポリイソシアネートである第三成分を含有する組成 物を用いて樹脂射出成形法により生成物を製造する方法において、第一成分が大 体においてアクリル酸(メタクリル酸)のヒドロキシエステルから成ることを特 徴とする、樹脂射出成形法により生成物を製造する方法。
- 12.第一成分と第二成分とのラジカル重合が、第一成分と第三成分との反応前 に起こる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 13.少なくとも1個のエチレン不飽和結合及び1個のイソシアネート反応基を 有する化合物から成る第一成分及び場合により、第一成分と重合することのでき る不飽和モノマーを含有する相当量の第二成分を含む第一要素、及びポリイソシ アネートである第三成分及び場合により、相当量の第二成分を含む第二要素から 成る二成分系において、第一成分が大体においてアクリル酸(メタクリル酸)の ヒドロキシェステルから成ることを特徴とする、前記二成分系。
