【発明の詳細な説明】
このバイオ反応器は、流入液、或いは、流入液およびリサイクルされる材料の混
合物のためのインレットシステムおよびこのシステムの上に位置させられた反応
室を有する反応容器(1)を備えている。閉塞のおそれや、過度の摩耗の問題が
引き起こされることなしに、(リサイクルされる材料と混合される)流入液の良
好な分布を作りだすために、流入液用のインレットシステム(12)の流出開口
部が、少なくとも部分的に、接線方向に向けられるとともに、流入液用のインレ
ットシステムが、仕切り部によって、反応室から分離させられたチャンバー(2
)内に位置させられている。この仕切り部は、ある距離だけ離間して、鉛直方向
に互いに重なりあう二つの放射状のエツジストリップ(4a、 4b)から形成
される放射状のスリット(13)を、少なくとも一つ存している。この放射状の
スリットが、前記流入液用のインレットチャンバーと反応室との間の接合部を形
成している。

Claims (7)
- 1.液、或いは、流入液およびリサイクルされる材料の混合物のためのインレッ トシステムおよびこのシステムの上方に位置させられた反応室を有する反応容器 を備えたバイオ反応器であって、 流入液のためのインレットシステムの流出開口部が、少なくとも、部分的に接線 方向に向けられ、 前記インレットシステムが、仕切り部によって前記反応室から分離させられたチ ャンバー内に位置させられており、前記仕切り部が、ある距離だけ離間して、鉛 直方向に互いに重なりあう二つの放射状のエッジストリップから形成される放射 状のスリットを、少なくとも一つ有し、 前記放射状のスリットが、前記流入液のためのインレットチャンバーと前記反応 室との間の接合部を形成していることを特徴とするバイオ反応器。
- 2.前記仕切り部が、互いに部分的に重なりあっている二以上のセグメントから 構成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のバイオ反応器。
- 3.前記仕切り部が、本質的に円錐形状を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項または第2項に記載のバイオ反応器。
- 4.リサイクルされる材料を、前記流入液のためのインレットシステムに戻す降 下管を少なくとも一つ有し、 前記降下管が、少なくとも部分的に接線方向に向けられた流出開口部を有するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のバイオ反応器。
- 5.前記放射状のスリットが、0.25cm乃至10cm、好ましくは0.5c m乃至3.0cmの高さを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項 の何れか一項に記載のバイオ反応器。
- 6.前記仕切り部の放射状のエッジストリップが、0.5cm乃至50cm、好 ましくは、2.5cm乃至25cmの長さにわたって、互いに重なっていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項の何れか一項に記載のバイオ反応器。
- 7.前記スリット内に、パッキング片が位置させられ、スリットの流路表面を減 小させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項の何れか一項に記載のバ イオ反応器。
