Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a piling device capable of piling a veneer having a large length in filament direction precisely and efficiently without limiting upper limits of treatment numbers and treatment thickness. CONSTITUTION:Support rods 2 are stationarily provided respectively near the opposite sides of a transfer conveyor 1 for transferring a veneer 10 in a direction normal to its filament direction and also open/close rods 3 are provided below the rods 2 so as to be opened and closed. Transfer rods 6 are provided above the opposite sides of the rod 2 and the rods 3 so as to be vertically movable and horizontally movable parallel with the transfer direction. By the action of lever by means of the rods 2, 3, 6, the central portion of the veneer 10 is bent upwardly to prevent sagging thereof during the transfer, so that the location of the rod 3 can be set near the end surface of the veneer 10 in the filament direction, thereby enabling a piling treatment precisely and efficiently without limiting upper limits of treatment number and treatment thickness.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a depositing apparatus of this kind, a system in which a single plate is supported and transferred to a predetermined position by a pair of left and right opening and closing conveyors that can be opened and closed is highly accurate and efficient. In order to perform stacking, the position of the open / close conveyor should be set as close to the end face of the veneer as possible in the fiber direction, so that the open / close conveyor can be opened quickly and the drop distance of the veneer can be shortened. Is said to be desirable,
Then, as the length of the target veneer in the fiber direction becomes longer, the central part of the veneer in the fiber direction tends to drastically fall off, and good deposition cannot be achieved. This method is not suitable for accurate and efficient deposition of long veneers.

Further, for example, a support for temporarily supporting and opening at least the central portion of the veneer in the fiber direction so as to be supported and openable, and intermittently advancing and retreating in the same direction as the transfer direction is provided together with the opening / closing conveyor or alone. In order to prepare for, a method of dealing with a veneer having a long length in the fiber direction has been attempted, but as the advancing / retracting step of the support becomes significantly longer than the opening / closing step of the opening / closing conveyor, it is necessary to advance / retreat. Since it takes a long time, the processing efficiency is extremely low, and there is a problem that it is not very practical.

In addition, for example, an adsorption conveyer or a piercing conveyer for holding at least the central portion of the veneer in the fiber direction and a detaching mechanism for detaching the veneer from the conveyer are provided together with the opening / closing conveyer or independently. In preparation for
Although a method of dealing with veneers having a long length in the fiber direction has been attempted, the former method (adsorption) has the drawback that multiple veneers cannot be deposited at the same time, and veneers can be adsorbed at any time. Since a huge amount of suction equipment is required to wait for transfer, equipment costs and operating costs are relatively high, and the latter (sticking) method is also resistant to sticking and sticking. From the aesthetics of the traces, there is an upper limit on the thickness at which puncturing is easy, and there is a drawback that it is not suitable for depositing thick veneers or a large number of veneers.

That is, in the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the detection point on the rear end side of the veneer 10 transferred by the transfer conveyor 1 reaches the detection area of the veneer detector 15, and the detection signal is transmitted. When the veneer 10 is issued and the transfer conveyor 1 is stop-controlled for each of the left and right sides based on the detection signal and the veneer 10 is stopped at the specified transfer position, first, the elevating operation member 14 is operated, and the transfer is performed as illustrated in FIG. The rod 6 is lowered, and the transfer rod 6 and the support rod 2 are
Due to this action, the vicinity of the central portion of the veneer 10 is bent upward to isolate the veneer 10 from the transfer conveyor 1 and prevent the veneer 10 from hanging down near the central portion.

Next, when the reciprocating mechanism 9 is actuated to move the transfer rod 6 in the same direction as the transfer direction, the engaging surface 6a of the transfer rod 6 supports the support surface 2a of the support rod 2 and the opening / closing rod 3. The single plate 10 moves in the transport direction on the support surface 2a of the support rod 2 and the temporary receiving surface 3a of the opening / closing rod 3 because the single plate 10 is engaged with the single plate 10 more firmly than the temporary receiving surface 3a. At this time, even on the temporary receiving surface 3a of the opening / closing rod 3, the central portion of the veneer 10 is bent upward by the lever action similar to the above, and the hanging down is prevented.

Eventually, when the veneer 10 is transferred to a predetermined position, the reciprocating operation mechanism 9 stops the response of the transfer rod 6, and further, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the elevating operation member 14 and the opening / closing operation member 13 operate. (Preferably in the order listed)
If the transfer rod 6 is raised and the opening / closing rod 3 is opened, the veneer 10 will fall naturally onto the deposition table 17.

After that, the reciprocating operation mechanism 9 and the opening / closing operation member 1
3 operates to return the transfer rod 6 and the opening / closing rod 3 to the initial positions, and the same operation is repeated thereafter, so that the veneer 10 can be sequentially deposited.

Further, according to the deposition apparatus constructed as described above, the central portion of the veneer is bent upward by the lever action of the transfer rod, the support rod and the opening / closing rod to prevent it from hanging down. Therefore, even if the length of the veneer in the fiber direction is long, if the veneer is supported only by the opening and closing rod, the provisional normal receiving and stacking cannot be achieved. Since it is possible to set the veneer toward the end face in the fiber direction so as to greatly exceed the limit position, the opening / closing rod can be quickly opened and the drop distance of the veneer can be shortened. The veneer having a long length in the fiber direction can be accurately and efficiently deposited.

In addition, because of the above structure, there is no fear that the equipment cost and the operating cost will be much higher than in the past, and of course, if necessary, a plurality of veneers can be deposited at one time. Or, a thick single plate, which has been difficult to stab in the past, can be subjected to a deposition process without any particular problem, and there is no difficulty in significantly limiting the upper limit of the number of processed sheets or the processed thickness.

Further, as a characteristic peculiar to the above structure, the veneer transferred to the transfer position is constrained substantially evenly by the engaging surface of the transfer member and transferred to the predetermined position as it is. Therefore, even if there is a large fibrous crack in the veneer, there is no risk that the cracked portions will overlap during transfer.

In the above embodiment, the veneer is designed to fall naturally, but in terms of efficiency and deposition accuracy,
A pressing member having a length equal to or greater than the width of the veneer in the transfer direction is provided above the central portion of the predetermined position so as to be able to move up and down, and is lowered in synchronization with or slightly ahead of the opening of the temporary receiving member. It is well known that it is more preferable to forcefully drop while constraining.

In the illustrated embodiment, for convenience of illustration, the central portion of the veneer is exaggerated and bent upward.
The point is that it is enough to prevent the central part of the veneer from hanging down to the extent that it does not hinder the deposition, and it is necessary to bend the veneer upward near the central part even from the stability of the veneer's fall. It is preferable to keep it to the minimum limit, and it is preferable to set the lowered position of the transfer member and the relative height position of the transfer conveyor and the support member (and the temporary receiving member) in accordance with such conditions.

The supporting member / temporary receiving member and the transfer member are not limited to the shapes shown in the illustrated embodiment and may be variously designed and changed to other suitable shapes, but each of them satisfies the required surface condition. It is essential that the engagement surface of the transfer member is covered with a friction enhancer made of rubber, abrasive cloth or the like, or subjected to a friction enhancing treatment such as knurling as much as possible. It is preferable to firmly engage the veneer with the single plate. When the engaging surface of the transfer member is engaged with the veneer as strongly as possible, the support surface of the support member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member are provided. Is an ordinary smoothness, for example, materials (various metals, etc.)
It does not matter if it is as smooth as when it was drawn or extruded.

Of course, the form of the actuating member and the like used for actuating the temporary receiving member and the transfer member is not limited to the form of the above embodiment, and for example, a cam mechanism may be used instead of the illustrated fluid cylinder, or the illustrated structure. A fluid cylinder may be used in place of the rotary traveling type reciprocating mechanism, etc. In essence, as long as the temporary receiving member and the transfer member can be operated in a desired direction, the temporary receiving member and the transfer member may be used without any particular restriction.

On the other hand, the deposition apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention transfers the veneer while constraining the veneer from the beginning by the transfer member as described above, whereas the deposition apparatus according to claim 2 of the present invention uses the above-mentioned method. In place of the transfer member, a locking transfer member as described below is provided, and the veneer is transferred after waiting for the locking portion of the locking transfer member and the veneer to be caught.

That is, in the deposition apparatus according to the second aspect of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, instead of the transfer rod 6 shown in FIGS. Has a length equal to or greater than the width of the support rod 2a of the support rod 2 described above.
And an engaging surface 16a that engages the veneer 10 slightly more than the temporary receiving surface 3a of the temporary receiving rod 3, and is located on the upstream side of the engaging surface 16a in the transfer direction and below the engaging surface 16a. A pair of left and right locking transfer rods 16 having a disk-shaped locking portion 16b projecting upward are provided so as to be vertically movable and reciprocally movable in a direction parallel to the transfer direction.

According to the deposition apparatus having the above-described structure, similarly to the deposition apparatus according to the first aspect, when the veneer 10 stops at the transfer position, first, the elevating operation member 14 is operated. , The locking transfer rod 16 is lowered, and by virtue of the leverage of the locking transfer rod 16 and the support rod 2, the central portion of the veneer 10 is bent upward to isolate the veneer 10 from the transfer conveyor 1. At the same time, it prevents the veneer 10 from hanging down near the center thereof.

Next, when the reciprocating mechanism 9 is actuated to move the locking transfer rod 16 in the same direction as the transfer direction, the engaging surface 16a of the locking transfer rod 16 becomes the support surface 2a of the support rod 2. Also, since the locking transfer rod 16 temporarily moves in the transfer direction on the veneer 10 because it engages the veneer 10 slightly more than the temporary receiving surface 3a of the opening / closing rod 3, the locking part 16b eventually reaches the veneer 10. After that, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the single plate 10 moves in the transfer direction on the supporting surface 2a of the supporting rod 2 and the temporary receiving surface 3a of the opening / closing rod 3. However, at this time, if only the locking portion 16b of one of the left and right locking transfer rods 16 is caught by the veneer 10 first, the locking portion 16b of the other locking and transporting rod 16 is locked by the veneer 1.
Until reaching 0, in other words, until the posture of the veneer 10 follows the positions of both the locking portions 16b, one side of the veneer 10 is moved forward.

In the following, the single plate 10 is deposited on the deposition table 17 according to the operation described in the description of the deposition apparatus according to the first claim, and the opening / closing rod 3 in the process is deposited. On the temporary receiving surface 3a, the hanging down of the central portion of the veneer 10 is prevented as in the above case, and as a result, substantially the same effect as the above case is obtained.

As a characteristic characteristic based on the above-mentioned structure, since the veneer is hooked and transferred by the locking portion of the locking transfer rod, even if the veneer at the transfer position is inaccurate. Even if it is, it can be modified so that it always follows the locking part of the locking transfer rod.Of course, in order to accurately specify the posture of the veneer at the transfer position, stop control of the transfer conveyor for each left and right It is not necessary to do so, and since it is sufficient to provide one single plate detector, the structure can be further simplified as compared with the deposition apparatus according to claim 1 above.

In the deposition apparatus according to claim 2,
The supporting surface of the support member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member must support the veneer smoothly, and if the above-mentioned surfaces do not support the veneer smoothly, the veneer has large cracks in the fiber direction. In this case, the cracked portions are likely to overlap during the transfer. Therefore, it is preferable that each of the surfaces has at least the smoothness described above, and the friction reduction treatment similar to that described above may be applied to each of the surfaces depending on the smoothness of the engagement surface of the locking transfer member. There is no problem even if you apply.

That is, the engagement surface of the locking and transporting member is required to be engaged with the single plate slightly more than the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member. As described above, the locking transfer member 16A is formed by using a large number of rollers 16c, roller holders 16d, rectangular plate-shaped locking portions 16f, and the like, and the engaging surface 16e rolls with respect to the single plate. If the mating surfaces are used, even if the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member are subjected to the friction reducing treatment, the conditions can be sufficiently satisfied, and the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving member can be satisfied. If the temporary receiving surface of No. 2 is of a normal smoothness, the condition can be sufficiently satisfied by performing the friction reduction processing on the engaging surface of the locking transfer member.

However, when the engagement of these members with the single plate is based on friction, the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member and the engaging surface of the locking transfer member are smooth. It is not always necessary to provide a significant difference in height, and if the engaging surface of the locking transfer member is slightly smoother than the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member, or at an equivalent level. Even if it is smooth, the lever action always applies a larger load to the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member than the engaging surface of the locking transfer member. As a result, the engaging surface of the locking transfer member engages with the veneer obviously less than the supporting surface of the supporting member and the temporary receiving surface of the temporary receiving member, and the operation as described above is repeated. There is no particular problem.

The locking portion of the locking transfer member may be designed without any restriction as long as it has a shape projecting below the engaging surface, and a single plate may be used if necessary. The setting for forcibly dropping, the preferable setting of the relative height positions of the transfer conveyor and the supporting member (and the temporary receiving member), the shape of each member, and the like have been described in the description of the deposition apparatus according to claim 1 above. Since the conditions are the same, the description is omitted to avoid duplication.

Of course, in any of the above deposition apparatuses,
There is no denying the combination with the conventional deposition apparatus having other configurations. For example, by combining with the deposition apparatus of the puncturing conveyor system described above, a plurality of different thicknesses that are well suited for each deposition apparatus can be obtained. Applications such as alternate deposition of seed veneers are also possible.

As is apparent from the above, according to the deposition apparatus of the present invention, a single plate having a long length in the fiber direction is processed, and the accuracy is improved without significantly limiting the upper limit of the number of processed sheets or the processed thickness. Since the deposition process can be performed efficiently and efficiently,
It greatly contributes to the rationalization of the veneer deposition process in the plywood factory.
