引部材から離間し、移動吸引部材を印刷処理時の状態の
まま第1の吸引部が位置整合テーブル下方に位置するま
で平行移動させ再び、位置整合テーブル上の位置合せ済
み被印刷体を移動吸引部材の第1の吸引部で吸着して位
置整合テーブルから離間させるとともに、材料突上げ部
