す。2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a metal foil-clad laminate has a cushioning material on the outside by stacking about 1 to 15 pairs of a prepreg and a metal plate sandwiching a pressed body made of a metal foil.
Further, it is general that the top plate and the carrier plate are arranged vertically, and the scissors are heat-pressed and laminated by scissors between the heating plates. Recently, wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloth has come to be used as the cushion material because of its excellent heat resistance and durability. However, since the wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloth has only three to five-fold weave, in order to impart the heat conduction and cushioning property necessary for laminating and molding the metal foil-clad laminate, this wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloth is used. 2 to polyamide fiber cloth
It was necessary to stack and use about 3 sheets. However, when two or more identical woven fabrics are stacked, unevenness of interference fringes called moire phenomenon occurs in the cushion material, and when this cushion material is used for lamination molding at a high pressure of 80 to 150 kg / cm 2 ,
There was a problem that large irregularities were generated on the surface of the metal foil-clad laminate. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a cushion material 1 made of wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloths 2 and 2 in which the moire phenomenon has occurred.

Say something with some difference. This heterogeneous fiber cloth needs to have a finer texture than the base fiber cloth. The fineness is useful for buffering the unevenness of the interference fringes, which is called the moire phenomenon that occurs when two or more wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloths are used in a stacked manner.

表面に凹凸が生じ無く成る。Function When two or three wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloths are overlapped with each other, there are some places where pressure is applied well and other places where pressure is not applied due to the synchronization of the texture. By interposing a heterogeneous fiber cloth having a finer texture than that of the base material fiber cloth between the wholly aromatic polyamide fiber cloth base material, it is possible to average the places to which pressure is applied well and the places to which pressure is not applied by the buffering effect. Pressure is applied evenly, 80-1
Even when high-pressure molding of 50 kg / cm 2 is performed, unevenness does not occur on the surface of the metal foil-clad laminate.
