Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a colored self-adhesive sheet which has a strong hiding power and is suitable for the use in marking or decoration. CONSTITUTION:A colored self-adhesive sheet is prepd. by forming a beige self-adhesive layer (e.g. an acrylic self-adhesive layer contg. a pigment mixture consisting of titanium white, titanium yellow, and carbon black in a wt. ratio of 1:0.87:0.43) on a colored (e.g. red, orange, or yellow) vinyl chloride resin sheet having an insufficient hiding power. When bonded to a white paper printed with black characters, the self-adhesive sheet, having an enhanced hiding power, almost prevents the black characters from being seen with the eye through the self-adhesive sheet without detriment to the tone inherent in the resin sheet.
