なるので耐侯堅牢度は余り期特出来ない。又樹脂と顔料
の相溶性が悪い場合、または樹脂が劣化した場合、分解
ガスにより顔料の変色または退色現象を起こしやすい。
又表面状態は顔料が顔を出している為、粗で平滑性がな
く、優れた光沢は期特出来ない。上記の欠点中、表面平
滑性を欠楊合は、光沢を出すため、樹脂コーティング、
カレンダーブレス等の特別な処理、加工等によつて一部
欠点をカバー出来るが、耐侯性を含むフィルム自体の耐
侯性の向上、変色、褪色、転色性の防止等は依然として
困難な問題であつた。本発明者等は今回上記の種々の欠
点を除去するため、表面に耐侯性の良い透明プラスチッ
クフィルムを基材とし、該基材の裏面にポリアクリル酸
エステルを基剤とする粘着剤に予め活性基を持たないア
クリル樹脂により表面を被覆した耐侯性の優れた顔料微
粒子を混線分散せしめて作られた着色粘着剤を塗布し、
その粘着面を剥離紙により保.護して成る超耐侯性の屋
外用着色粘着シートを完成したものであり、耐侯性の良
いプラスチックフィルムと前記の耐侯性の優れたポリア
クリル酸エステルを主剤とする着色粘着剤との組合せを

着する非常に面倒な方法によらねばならなかつた。本発
明の方法によれば透明な耐侯性の良いプラスチックフィ
ルムの裏面に必要な模様入り印刷を施し、乾燥後、ポリ
アクリル酸エステルを基材とする着色粘着シートを施し
、その上に剥離紙を貼着すれば良く、方法、操作が簡単
で耐侯性の極めて優れた模様入り着色化粧シートをうる
ことが出来る。
