In addition, this sebum prevents the invasion of various stimulants from the outside of the body into the skin and also has an action of supplying an appropriate amount of oil to the hair in the scalp. However, if sebum that has such a significant effect is secreted too much, it may cause acne, or cause oil and oil on the skin and hair to cause pathogenic bacteria to propagate, causing troubles on skin and skin. It produces an odor. Conventionally, in order to eliminate the trouble caused by the excessive secretion of sebum, the skin is washed with soap, vitamin A and antibiotics,

No. 63-77808, No. 63-1049, No. 6
No. 2-148427) has been proposed. Further, it has been proposed to use a lotion containing lipopolysaccharide that removes sebum (JP-A-1-63507). However, these methods cannot prevent the generation of hair odor and scalp odor, and still do not give satisfactory results. The occurrence of hair odor and scalp odor is caused by lower fatty acids such as capric acid and caproic acid produced when sebum is decomposed by lipase, and unless the lipase activity that decomposes sebum is inhibited, Occurrence cannot be prevented. For example, even if the scalp lipid is removed by washing with shampoo, 80% of the scalp lipid is recovered 6 hours after the washing (Nippon Kaihatsu, 87 (11),
671-688, 1971). Therefore, even with shampoo, the scalp and hair immediately become sticky or odor is generated. As described above, heretofore, a technique for fundamentally improving the trouble due to the excessive secretion of sebum as described above has not been proposed yet.

r, P623-625, 628). However, such a polyoxyalkylene compound shows only a temporary effect by itself and does not have a long-lasting effect. Therefore, such a thing cannot prevent hair odor and scalp odor. On the other hand, when a glucose fatty acid ester is combined with this polyoxyalkylene compound, a high lipase activity inhibitory effect is produced, hair odor and scalp odor can be prevented, and troubles due to excess sebum can be fundamentally solved. The compounding amount of the polyoxyalkylene compound is 0.01 to 10

In the present invention, it is preferable to use a polyoxyalkylene compound which is liquid at room temperature. In the present invention, conventional auxiliary components used in cosmetics can be blended. Examples of such auxiliary components include cationic, anionic, nonionic or amphoteric surfactants and polymers, vitamins, amino acids, higher alcohols, hydrocarbons, ester oils, colorants, and fragrances.

(Lipase activity inhibitory effect test) The lipase activity inhibitory effect was measured by Candida cylin manufactured by Seikagaku Corporation.
Dracea origin lipase [10000 U / mg protein]
Was used, and the measurement was performed with a lipase kit S manufactured by Dainippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (1) The color developing solution [5,5′-dithiobis (2-
(Nitrobenzoic acid), 98 μg / ml] 1 ml, lipase [10 U / ml] 30 μl, specimen 5 adjusted to a predetermined concentration
After adding 0 μl and mixing, 20 μl of phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride [3.48 mg / ml] was added.
After mixing, after preheating at 30 ± 1 ° C. for 5 minutes, 100 μl of the substrate solution [dimercaprol tributyrate 6.69 mg / ml] was added, and further incubated at 30 ± 1 ° C. for 30 minutes,
2 ml of the reaction stop solution [sodium dodecyl sulfate solution] was added, and the absorbance A at 412 nm was measured for purified water within 1 hour. (2) At the same time, as a blind test, the absorbance B was measured in the same manner as above except that the substrate solution was added after the reaction stop solution was added. (3) For the control of the lipase activity, 50 μl of purified water was added instead of the sample, and the absorbances SA and SB were measured in the same manner as above. From the absorbance obtained as described above, the lipase activity inhibition rate R (%) is calculated by the following formula. The specific contents of the activators (1) and (2) shown in Table 1 are as follows. (1) Activator (1) Methyl-6-o-octanoylglucoside (2) Activator (2) HO (C 2 H 4 O) 20 (C 3 H 6 O) 30 H (3) Activator (3 ) C 8 H 16 O (C 2 H 4 O) 50 (C 3 H 6 O) 20 H
