ものであつて、上下複数段に配設された複数のコ
ンベヤを有するタイヤ成形材料の運搬台車と、前
記運搬台車の昇降機と、前記各コンベヤから前記
材料を受取つて供給するトレイを備えた供給機
と、前記トレイの操作によつて前記昇降機を作動
し前記各コンベヤを前記トレイに個別に連結して
駆動する送出駆動制御機構を具備した構成に特徴
を有し、タイヤ成形材料を受取つて供給するトレ
イを備えた供給機前に、上下複数段に配設された
複数のコンベヤを有するタイヤ成形材料の運搬台
車を配置し、前記トレイの操作によつて前記各コ
ンベヤが昇降機で同トレイに連結されて駆動され
る構成にすることにより、運搬台車と供給機間の
タイヤ成形材料の自動移送を可能とし供給性能を
著しく向上させ省力化して前記のような問題点を
解消したタイヤ成形材料供給装置を提供するにあ
る。

ており、各コンベヤ12は、適宜間隔をおいて回
転自在に軸支されたローラ13群からなり、ロー
ラ13に固設されているスプロケツト14にチエ
ン15が巻掛けられ、該チエン15によつてロー
ラ13を回転駆動しトレツドaを図示左側へ移送
する構成になつている。

動位置にするとオンになる機枠30aに設けられ
たリミツトスイツチ46と、トレイ33を第1図
の2点鎖線位置に立てて待機位置にするとオンに
なる機枠30aに設けられたリミツトスイツチ4
7と、機枠30aの上部前側に設けられコンベヤ
12の先端部に対設された近接スイツチ48を配
設して、トレイ33を倒して作動位置にするとリ
ミツトスイツチ46がオンとなりモータ41が回

形機1に供給されて、著しく省力化され優れた運
搬、供給性能を有している。
