CONSTITUTION:A base 3 is composed of a fixing portion 31 having a rectangular, hole, to which a pinch seal portion 11 is inserted, in the center, a cylinder portion 32 extending forward from the fixing portion, and a notch portion 34 set at the facing positions of the tip of the cylinder portion. A plate form connection member 4 is composed of a welding portion 41, which is inserted into the cylinder portion so as to be welded to an outer lead, and a connection portion 42, which follows the welding portion so as to be formed wider than the inner diameter of the cylinder portion.
