[0007] Further, the temperature of the lamp rises considerably when energized, particularly in the case of a halogen bulb, to cause a halogen cycle. In addition, the infrared lamp emits heat rays and becomes high in temperature. Is used, but it expands in the tube axis direction with an increase in temperature. Therefore, when the heaters (lamps) are fixed, the heater (lamp) on one side is energized (lit), and when the heater (lamp) on the other side is de-energized (pointless), the difference in extension between the two heaters (lamps) is reduced. There is a possibility that the bondage may be greatly damaged.

Molybdenum is frequently used as the metal as the introducing conductor, and if the shape is simply a round bar, it is hardly compatible with glass, and it is formed as an ultrathin foil so as to absorb the expansion and contraction difference between the two. . Also, the end of the coiled filament is welded directly or internally to the inside of the surrounding tube at one end of the metal foil, and a round bar-shaped external introduction wire made of molybdenum or tungsten is welded to the other end. When the lamp (heater) is energized, the coil-shaped filament emits light or generates heat, so that radiant heat or conduction heat from the filament reaches the sealing portion, and the sealing portion also becomes hot.

In a lamp (heater) having such a sealing portion, the surface of a round bar-shaped external introduction wire is oxidized by outside air in a long period of time to reach a portion where the surface is buried in the sealing portion. As the temperature of the sealing portion rises as described above due to the current flowing to the lamp and the energization of the lamp, the degree of oxidation of the external introduction line is further accelerated.

When the oxidation of the external introduction wire proceeds, the connected metal foil having a small heat capacity is oxidized, and as the oxidation of the metal foil proceeds, the contact resistance between the metal foil and the introduction wire increases, When the metal foil becomes too thin to withstand the current and melts, the metal foil melts down, the adhesion between the metal foil and the glass decreases, the leakage occurs due to peeling, or the crack occurs in the sealing part due to thermal distortion. This may cause the lamp (heater) to have a short life.

In particular, when a base is joined so as to cover the sealing portion, or when the sealing portion is fitted into the concave portion of the insulator, the temperature of the sealing portion further rises and the above-mentioned sealing portion is formed. Such defects often occur.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present inventor has made various investigations in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has found that the base of a tube-shaped light bulb (heater) is crush-sealed at the end of the surrounding tube. Even if a plurality of tube-shaped bulbs (heaters) are energized and stretched by energizing, they can absorb the expansion and contraction of the bulbs and keep them without applying stress to the surrounding tube, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tube-shaped light bulb device that can be easily attached to or connected to a device, and an electric appliance using the light bulb device.
