3は金属管2へ送られて且つその管の開口部2a
から急激に熱交換室1cへ拡散されて冷却熱交換
の働きをし、又は極細線型発熱体7の端末7a,
7bへ電源ユニツト4(第2図)の電気を通電を
して発熱部7cが加熱されて加熱へ熱交換される
等作動をする。第2図は、第1図の極所加熱又は
冷却装置1cを金型の凸部5へ埋設した一実施例
の側面断面図である。金型5は冷却水路6で通常
のマクロ的な冷却をしているが、金型5の突起し
た凸部5aの部分へ極所加熱冷却装置1cを埋設
して、その極所部分5aの加熱又は冷却をする。
圧縮機4で得た圧縮冷媒体3を金属管2(第1図
参照)へ送り、極所加熱冷却装置1cで熱交換さ
れた後の冷体3bは圧縮機4へ回収され、冷媒体
3と成つて金属管2を経て熱交換室1cへ送りこ
まれ熱交換はサイクルする、又は電源ユニツト4
からの電気を極細線型発熱体7へ通電されて熱交
