を抽出するに際し、効率を高める為に加熱の勢いを増す
と、内容物(原料)が踊って原料が破砕されたり、型崩
れを起こしてしまう等の欠点があると共に、釜内壁には
脂、粕等が付着するため、人手によって掻き落とす必要
があった。本発明はエキス抽出装置として傾斜式連続蒸
煮缶を用いることにより、前述の問題点を解決すること
を目的とするものである。

をダブルゲートとし圧力を維持しつつ原料の投入、排出
が出来る。またエキス抽出後の粕は出口ゲートを開け、
フライトを運転するとフライトに押されて粕は出口に移
動し、排出口より外部に排出される。なお、フライトに
はエキス及び抽出液が残り、固形物だけ移動される様開
孔が設けてあり、これによって固液の分離が行なわれ
る。また蒸煮缶内部に粕、アク等が付着した時には、フ
ライトに清掃用アタッチメントを取付け、装置内面を掻
き取る様にして大きな汚れ清掃を予め自動的に行なうこ
とができる。その後は蒸煮缶各部に設けた点検口より高
圧洗浄機等により缶内部の清掃を行なうことが出来る。

ずつ上部の清掃ハッチから清掃する事が出来、清掃効率
が向上する等の優れた効果を奏するものである。
